Instead they are bright, cheerful, talented and helpful. They are taking care of my issues that work with me and my plan. I go to my appointment without an ounce of dread! Jasmine at the front counter is great! She always remembers me by face too, which is nice, because I do not feel like a stranger. Over all this new ownership has renewed my need to go to a dentist regularly, instead of just in an emergency or because of pain. Thank you Dr. Patel and Dr. Neil!

Extremely thorough and full of intention in every step of the way. She even calmed my nerves and was very collected the whole time. I 100% recommend her for a frenectomy! I'm on day 2 of recovery and I already know that I will recover well due to the combination of myofunctional therapy and Dr. F's method for the procedure itself. She also has a hilarious personality that was very soothing in a way to be around. Ms. Rosa and Whitney were also very accommodating to all of my questions and concerns. They went above and beyond in making sure I had the care and experience that I personally needed. This office is very well run, I genuinely have no complaints.

My daughters were very afraid to go to the dentist but now they absolutely love coming to this office because they can not wait to see Dr Bland. Dr Bland is very patient with his smaller patients who may be scared of Drs and he takes his time to get his patients comfortable and happy. Most importantly he takes the time to get to know his patients and everyone in the family! He comes in with his guitar and sings to his patients and sings with his patients and unlike other Drs he does well in informing everyone what is going on. I drove by it a couple of times before making my appointment and decided why not! If the consultation doesn't go right, I can always look for another. From the moment I stepped in, I knew I had made the right choice. The office is beautiful inside! There is a table with cookies, coffee and anything you may need for your coffee. The receptionist was very nice. Started filling out paperwork when Mr. Al came and got me for some X-rays. He is Funny! Very nice man! While I was taking my X-rays, Dr. Griffies popped his head in, smiled, and greeted me! He hadn't even met me yet, but made an effort to make me feel welcomed. Then, I was taken into the consultation room for pictures. The Dr. came in and we talked about ALLL the concerns I had. He's awesome! Explained everything to me in detail and just made me feel at ease. Then someone (sorry I forgot her name, but she was super sweet and nice!) came in to do the treatment plan and talk to me about the good stuff $$$. Long story short, I was able to get braces put on THAT SAME DAY!!! They are fast and effective, but take their time to explain everything and have an AWESOME attitude while they are doing it. I called on November 16th and November 22nd trying to speak to my provider about a referral that needed updating. I never received a phone call back either time. I was in need of an updated referral for a specialty appointment I have at Duke on the 30th. I made this appointment with Duke months ago under a referral that was active at the time. I called Primary and Immediate care back today, the 28th, to see what the status was and was told I needed to come in and see my provider to get an updated referral. Today is Tuesday, and my appointment is Thursday. If they had bothered to call me back either one of the two times I called previously, coming in would not have been an issue. So, I just paid out of pocket for the appointment I have scheduled on the 30th at Duke because they will not see me without the referral. If you value your provider seeing you as anything but a source of revenue, don't bother with this clinic. I personally liked the providers, but hated the way the clinic was ran.
