The lady went over the cost, my insurance covered everything. Well the dentist decided to shave the bone down on both sides and put stitches in my mouth. I never ask or authorized this . There were two dentist in room with me and one Tod the other, " let me show you how to do it". I shook my head no when I realized he was cutting my gum but he didn't stop. After it was over he said you got that bone shaved down for free. We weren't supposed to do it and it wasnt charged to your insurance. About 15 months later I get a bill for $652 that insurance didn't cover. Guess what? It was for that bone shaving that wasn't authorized or ask for or even talked about. I called Aspen and they hit rude when I tried to explain things to them. I also contacted my insurance company. I feel like I shouldn't pay for something that I wasn't supposed to receive and didn't ask for. And he even said he wasn't authorized to do it. Please be careful if you go here. I had dentures made in Florence, paid out of pocket and they fit perfectly!! Really Aspen Dental should have to reinburse me for what I paid in Florence since they messed my mouth up and I could never use the denture they made. I had to give 1 star. I wish there was a 0.

The receptionist is only the beginning of the awful customer service and the "dentist " is the end of the awful customer service! Would never recommend this awful place to anyone! They all have the " if you don't like it go somewhere else " attitude. So I did.... I went right down the street to Aspen Dental!!! This Will NEVER get another penny of my money! The lady at the front desk basically threatened my grandmother who was the one getting work done. When my grandmother went in the first time to get teeth pulled and her temporary partial placed unfortunately it was to big and was falling out, but she couldn't ask any questions because the stuffed her mouth full of tissues witch I understand but didn't give her any way to communicate with her doctors. Today she was to get her permanent partial placed in. After having to wait well over 2 hours for her scheduled appointment while walk ins was coming and going. Her and my grandpa was having some friendly conversation with another lady in the waiting room who was there for the same thing my grandmother was there for so of course they shared their experiences. And this lady at the front desk came around the desk yelling at my grandparents. Saying that they was getting on her nerves and will not bad mouth the office and doctors in the waiting room. So my grandmother had to put her hands up and back out the office feeling obviously threatened by this lady. While she continued to yell at my grandparents calling them rude and difficult everytime they come in and she was tired of them. And yes the police have been made aware of this.

I go to one and my husband goes to a different one and we are both happy with their care. The front office is caring and professional. We've been going here since Dr. Brown was here about 20+ years and are pleased with Dr. Henry and her care which is excellent.
