Hidden charges and rude receptionist; my family will not be returning…read more Took my daughter to get her FREE teeth cleaning which is covered by my insurance every 6 months. When checking in, the receptionist had a bad attitude and rudely stated that she "had called to confirm the appointment yesterday and the day before but nobody answered." I replied that I hadn't gotten a call from them. Come to find out, they were calling my husband's phone number, not mine. There was no apology given for her mistake in jumping on me about something I had no control over. After the cleaning, the dental assistant asked my daughter if she would like fluoride brushed onto her teeth, as if it was part of the service, and my daughter accepted. No mention of it costing anything. Upon checking out, I was charged $62!!!! When I complained about the hidden charge & that the assistant never mentioned one word about it costing money, the receptionist dryly responded that she would "talk to her about it" as if that would change the fact that I just had to pay $62 for what should have been a free teeth cleaning visit. They knew I was upset and didn't help in any way to remedy the situation. My children are not new patients there, but the experience was so terrible that we will go to a different dental clinic from now on.

Instead of handling the situation professionally, the receptionist told me, "You are lying," and then hung up on me. That type of language and behavior toward a patient is completely unacceptable. I called back because I also needed to cancel appointments for other members of my family. The receptionist repeatedly answered the phone and hung up on me. This happened more than six times. I was simply trying to communicate with the office and take care of my family's appointments. Whatever the disagreement may be regarding billing, there is absolutely no excuse for speaking to a customer this way or repeatedly hanging up on them. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, professionalism, courtesy, and dignity. Based on my experience, I felt extremely disrespected and treated unfairly. I am very concerned about the level of customer service at this office. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. I hope the management takes this complaint seriously and addresses how patients are treated when they have questions or concerns about billing.

I was started off by welcomed in by a friendly receptionist, who took my name and asked me to keep seated. My first impression of this establishment was pleased, the landscaping in the amount of detail that has gone into this place should be commended. Once I got seated, because I was a new patient, I had to get an x-ray done. I cannot remember the name of the person who was taking care of the x-ray, but I was consistently asked and checked up upon to make sure that I was comfortable and feeling my best. This goes a long way. Next, Leah, the hygienist, came in and polished my teeth and did it with precision, the amount of detail that went into her work definitely shows and I want to make sure that she receives recognition for that. Lastly, I was greeted with a doctor, Dr. D, if I can recall correctly, and as someone who is looking for a TL;DR, I greatly appreciate his conciseness, and building a plan to get everything taken care of. I cannot recommend this place anymore, and if I have any family members or friends were looking for a dentistry that demonstrate so much care, I will be definitely sending them here.

I absolutely LOVE…read morethis dental office and for me to say that, you need to know I am the person that gets valium prescriptions just to get me through the door to a dentist office because I have extreme anxiety. We are an active military family, and we have been stationed here three times. We just moved back to the area recently, and I had been putting off dental work for years because we weren't here, so now that we are back, I have been trying to get numerous things done over the past two months and I am SO proud to say that I had 3 fillings over the past two weeks (2 separate visits) and NO VALIUM needed!! The entire staff treats me so very nicely and they are very encouraging without ever making me feel like a big baby or like I am silly to be nervous. They understand my anxiety and they all work with me to help me feel relaxed and welcome. I have seen both dentists here and I really really recommend both. The hygienists and the office staff, and techs are all super nice and make every effort to make sure you are called by name and they are very accommodating as far as re-schduling when they have a cancelation so you can get in there and get the work done. I have had an emergency crown done in there twice and both times they were wonderful. There are many dentists here in Fayetteville, but my recommendation is this office because I have had 17 years experience as a patient and they have exceeded any expectation I have had. I can't believe I am yelping a dentist, but they do truly deserve a review and maybe you are looking for a dentist and new to Fayetteville. Hope this helps someone.
