My GE refrigerator was not maintaining a proper temperature. I searched online for appliance…read morerepair and found that GE offered repair service. So, I scheduled an appointment online and selected a 4-hour window for the service. From the website, it was quite clear that there was a $89.95 diagnostic fee which did not include parts or labor for the repair. Also according to the website, GE was supposed to call the night before to confirm the appointment. That did not happen. The technician did arrive within the scheduled window. When he arrived, he offered to put on booties; which was nice. The technician noticed that the fan was not circulating air within the fridge. He connected his laptop to the back of fridge, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He went back out to his truck to get a replacement part. After installing the new part, my fridge starting circulating air and cooling down. My fridge was fixed in about a half hour, and the final bill was about $360. I would definitely use them again.

Did the google search for Hotpoint appliance repair - made it to the service/parts site for GE ( didn't even know Hotpoint was affiliated with GE ) Arranged for the repair all on-line ( set date and a 4 hour window for the appointment ) The repair guy called before coming over ( per my request .) He took a few minutes to look at the washer, gave me some options - told me the repair will cost almost as much as a new washer. He gave me some rebate coupons to use for a purchase and said he would delete the appointment from his book so that i would not be charged a service call ( $80 ) Cool by me !

After losing our son, we had to unfortunately plan our funeral...At first, everything was going…read moregreat. The staff made it seem soo easy and smooth. As soon as they got their final payment things totally changed...they even sent our father the wrong address for our services...We were told the mariachis would play for 1 hour, that they would play during certain times. They did not. They only played one song and they weren't even on beat... the staff had to keep telling them to cut the music because it was not the time for them to even play. The prayer cards weren't ready. The front staff was cutting and laminating the cards DURING MY SONS SERVICES at the front desk as people were walking in!! Unprofessional! The Hurst even left my husband and I behind. When we got to the second location their was no guidance at all. We walked our son alone with no communication on where to go. Our director told us she was going to be there for our services. She never showed. We were told NOTHING inside the vases would be thrown out... not even 2 days after our services. I went to visit my son. And his grave was COMPLETELY EMPTY. All of our flowers were gone. Even FROM inside the vase. When I went to speak to someone. They told me " yes its policy" but thats not what was told to us when we we signing our contracts. I've also called to express my concerns and one of the managers (a male) was EXTREMELY rude and when I asked what my coordinator jackie told him, he told me that is none of my concerns and its not important, then proceeded to hang up on me. I went to the location and spoke with Shannon. We have also not really gotten anywhere as of this moment. We are still working on some details. Then for their "bi-annual" cleaning, once again they threw everything out into a dumpster in the middle of the dirt lot in the back. Once again we were told stuff inside the vases would not be thrown out... yet all of our sons stuff was just thrown in a dumpster, like it means NOTHING to them. And to top that off, they didnt even do the maintenance on our lot until AFTER they said we can start putting decorations back up... Their website says 100% service guaranteed. Or money back. We have had nothing but issues and I have expressed my concerns as nicely as I can to the management at this location, and all they have done was " i hear you. I understand, but thats policy's" and have offered nothing as compensation. Its the most beautiful location, but it is terrible when it comes to actually taking care of their customers. Im not sure if its because we are young or what. Their customer service in my situation has been absolutely terrible and I am very very disappointed and upset at the services we have received from this location.

I have gone to this post office numerous times due to having to get a new mail lock and key…read more Although 1 out of the 5 times I went there the lines were super duper long, if you have the time to wait, it really isn't that bad. All the employees were really respectful, helpful and polite. Shout out to Tammy and Susan. I learned a lot while waiting in line. For instance, if you want to walk in for passports, you gotta go on Friday morning at 7AM because the line will be pretty long. The websites say walk in hours M,W,&F but I heard differently while there. Also make sure to have all your paperwork filled out in black ink. I also learned that if you are picking up mail at the window/blue door to the side, if it's closed, just jump into the long line as there is only one line since they are short staffed. If you are using the machine to buy stamps, make sure to look really well at the bottom dispenser or you'll miss them. If you bought a house and are there to pick up your mail keys, or you are like me, who needs a new lock and keys, be sure to bring a copy of your title, a utility bill, or lease agreement (if you are a renter). Those are the only way to obtain your mailbox keys. Since I had mine replaced, I had to pay $40 for 3 new keys and a lock. I think overall, spending time in line and watching the employees deal with customers, (some nice and some not so nice) they do a really great job. They are all very helpful but the most helpful one who I saw most of the time was Susan. She makes sure to be aware of people coming in and their needs. I like this post office and will be back again.

I approached the interaction with a positive attitude and respectful energy, but unfortunately, the experience quickly became uncomfortable due to her rude behavior. During our interaction, she raised her voice at me without justification and responded in a very unprofessional manner. After asking me the same question multiple times, she then accused me of speaking to her disrespectfully when I simply answered her question. I felt unfairly spoken to throughout the entire exchange. Customer service should include basic courtesy and professionalism, and sadly, neither was shown during this interaction. There was no effort made to be polite, helpful, or even end the conversation with a simple "thank you" or "have a good day." I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future customers can have a more respectful and positive experience.

Las Vegas is a big tourist spot and stays true to making sure there's something for everyone. The strip which is the storefront of the city has much to offer. The hotel buildings are all uniquely built, they have free shows during the night, and bridges for pedestrians to walk over instead of waiting for the walk sign. Because of its popularity, Las Vegas Blvd on most weekends are jammed packed with cars that'll move at like 5 mph up and down the strip. There will be crazy and impatient taxi drivers and all. So what's my complaint? If you're one of those people who walk when the walk sign isn't on, and because of you the car whose suppose to be turning cannot turn, I hope you lose your money and shoes in Vegas. That's just inconsiderate. Come across way too many of these in Vegas.
