Uncooperative, unresponsive, unprofessional - This realtor was pushy at every stage of the…read moretransaction. She delayed responding to our emails for days, but then expected a response from us in minutes. She paid little to no attention to the content of our communications, and - on at least one occasion - feigned no knowledge of her own email responses. She scheduled a meeting and then with last-minute notice showed up at another time "because it was more convenient." At first, we chalked it up to being busy and overwhelmed. After a while, we got the feeling she just did not want to work with us. And finally, at the closing her true colors came out: she made an highly inappropriate comment about my husband's place of birth and his chosen career.

I called him and he met me at my mothers house. He looked everything over and said we just had to empty the house. Well, it took almost three months. Scott kept in touch to see if we needed anything. What I liked about Scott there was no pressure to sign papers. When we got the house emptied Scott came over and said we just needed a clean up. I asked him if he knew anyone and luckily he did. I told him we better sign some papers. He came up with a price for the house in which I was very happy with. He also told me we were having a n open house the following weekend. As the weekend neared we were excited but than Scott called me and said the open house was cancelled. He than told me he already had 6 offers and asked if I could meet him which I did. He had an offer for $10,000 over asking price, cash and the people wanted a fast closing. I accepted. We had the closing about 10 days later. We met the people and I met the lawyer Scott suggested I use. His fees were very fair. The people gave me a check and they got the deed. Everyone was very happy. Scott goes over and above and gets the job done. Now my Daisha's him looking for s house and than she will have him sell hers when she gets another one.
