This is a center run by adults and I expect even the minimum level of professionalism, but I guess not. You've got people who reschedule their entire work weeks for these counseling appointments. I asked if this was the correct number for their childcare representative she said yes then immediately tried to refer me to CAP C, a daycare program for ABUSED children before giving any information about El Concilio daycare. I was shocked and said no thanks . She then said well we're fully enrolled and there's a waitlist you have to call back. The other number she gave was to a full voicemail with no message about the program or anything. I feel like these are the daycare spots you hear about in the news. Absolutely no consideration for my time. I came in for an orientation and Randy, the person that was supposed to be conducting it, casually walked in 35 minutes late to a 45 minute appointment. No "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" or "Thank you for your patience". But they want to charge a fee if YOU are late. If there are other agencies available to you, please consider them. Unless one of your favorite pastimes is having your time wasted.
