Today's service where my custom car was cleaned, polished, waxed, and sealed proved to be that challenge for the FTA crew when some custom pin stripping was inadvertently removed from wheels. Who knew that would happen? I didn't nor did the technician, however the problem was solved quickly and completely without fuss or drama and for that I am grateful. Making the best of problems and providing excellent customer service whatever the situation is why I will continue to consider FTA for other vehicles and expect no less than quality workmanship, fair prices and being considered a valued client.

Brenton was very responsive, professional, punctual, and was able to deliver on the services we discussed. I have had ceramic coatings done on prior cars and was eager to have this done on our new to us Tesla. The car had been used and it's paint told the story. Brenton did a fair assessment of the cars condition and offered some Paint enhancement, some paint correction, and sealed it all in with their MAX ceramic coating. This all came at a price that was on par if not better than other local competitors. The end result was really great and I know my family will get to enjoy these benefits for years to come. If you are in the PNW please call Brenton, I couldn't recommend him enough.
