Was craving donuts (specifically a jelly donut) late in the afternoon after talking about it with my son. On our way back home from an appointment, we drove by this place and had to stop in. I mean, how can you not want to go to a place with a name like Jelly Donut? As it was past 4:30 pm, I wasn't expecting many donuts left and I was right. They had about 1 left of mostly everything so I got a blueberry donut, buttermilk, glazed, and a raspberry filled jelly donut (which he filled with the jelly when I ordered it). But man, these donuts are great, even when I got them so late in the day! Even my middle kid who doesn't really like donuts commented that they were good! It's a bit far from home for me for random donut cravings, but do-nut hesitate to come here if you are close by and want some donut goodness! read more

This is a drive through donut shop that has donuts, coffee, blended drinks, and breakfast sandwiches. Really fast service, my friend lives around the area and is a regular. I ordered the #1 Breakfast Sandwich crossaint which comes with bacon, ham, egg and cheese and added jalapeños (+$0.50) as well as a hazelnut iced coffee. The crossaint was a really good size and will fill you up! The egg was cooked just right, not runny and not too hard. I wish the cheese was meltier, but there was a good proportion of everything in the sandwich. I just wish there was mayo because it was a little bit dry. The iced coffee was actually pretty good, I enjoyed it. Overall I'll definitely be returning if I'm in the area. read more

Stopped here to grab a coffee in the morning and they were extremely stingy on their creamer and sugar. If you're going to serve coffee, be mindful of the customer and how they take their morning cup of Joe. This donut shop has the best maple bars. I love maple bars, and when we moved back to the area, my wife stopped at the Jelly Donut in Pomona and bought one for me. I've been back probably five or six times in the past couple of months, and the quality is consistent. While the donuts are great, don't expect warm and fuzzy service. The last couple of times I've been there, I wasn't welcomed or even spoken to. I got a head nod. That's all right. It's kind of where the country seems to be heading in general. Despite the lack of smiles, I will continue to patronize the Jelly Donut. At least, that is, until I find something better. BTW, they have a drive up window. We purchased an iced coffee and some food items from this place today. When I was halfway through my iced coffee I saw something floating. At first i thought it was a piece of cinnamon or something but when I went to dump the coffee, I saw a roach inside the cup. I threw up immediately. I went back to the donut shop to let them know that this is unacceptable. All the guy I spoke to said was that this has never happened before. It seemed like he didnt even want to offer a refund for that horrible experience. All he offered was another coffee, as if I would ever want anything from there ever again. Reardless its not about the money, I dont carethat I didn't get a refund, but this is the type of stuff that makes people sick. Completely unacceptable. read more
