Scheduling was flexible and accommodating, and Brian arrived exactly on time. His equipment was clean, organized, and well-contained throughout the job. He was also willing to add a few extra items for cleaning at a very reasonable adjustment to the original quote. The pricing was fair and competitive for everything we wanted cleaned, and the time spent on the job was exactly what we expected. Most importantly, Brian was extremely professional. One of our older window shades unfortunately disintegrated during the cleaning process due to its age. Brian was very apologetic, handled the situation professionally, and did not charge us for that item. We would highly recommend Brian to anyone looking for carpet, drapery, or upholstery cleaning services.

Drew single handedly cleaned my sectionals and cushions while being attentive to the details of the couches and my request. He took special care ensuring no further damage would be made to the surrounding areas including floors which he suctioned cleaned. Additionally, he was very open to my questions and explained the process in detail. He explained how dust and debris easily fly despite a couch being barely used and put multiple airway systems to prevent the room from smelling and accelerate the drying process. The job wasn't rushed and this can be seen through the results. I would highly recommend Drew's services to anyone looking to have their couches cleaned. Made inquiry on Yelp for carpet steam cleaning, and this company contacted us almost immediately and were able to schedule a cleaner within a day or two. Cleaner called an hour before arrival, reviewed the site and discussed the price. Initial steam cleaning for the living room/dining room and hallway was one price. Additional shampoo, sanitizing, deodorizing, etc treatment was an additional price. We agreed to have everything done. Cleaner brought up his equipment and finished the project in less than two hours. Happy with results of our clean, almost like new carpet. Two days after drying, we noticed stains we hadn't seen before or during the cleaning process. Called back, sent photos and they said rescheduled within the week for a return. Midweek they called with a definite return trip. Cleaner re-cleaned the area. Very satisfied with the results! Saved us a lot of time!

This week we had Janet and Sandy as the team and they did a wonderful job including in my daughter's room, which is always a challenge (baby dolls everywhere...so many baby dolls). The ladies were thorough and efficient. We regularly use this service in our three bedroom home that has two adults, one child, and three cats and they leave the home tidy and refreshed. Also- This is NOT a criticism as accidents happen but the handling deserves praise: several months ago with a different team, a cable in my husbands office was accidentally damaged during cleaning and the service was quick in their response remedy the error and it was handled professionally and quickly. Again, accidents happen, but the response was so professional and appreciated and we have never had an issue since. Would absolutely recommend! Especially if you have pets or kids :)

So workers come on a Sunday to pick up rug. As worker was leaving he said " He needed deposit of $200. I looked at him " I don't have $200 dollars cash laying around. Gave him my email to send me payment. They picked up rug April 12. I got no email for deposit payment. So I called 8 days later saying what happened to deposit payment? And why does the customer have to call and ask where is the deposit being paid too. Fine I sent $200 deposit. Now it's May 12th and no word on my rug. So again I have to call and ask where is my rug? Communication is not a strong attribute of this cleaning service. So now rug is ready to deliver in my new apartment. Timing was essential because right after rug the bedroom set was being delivered. So workers dropped off rug on Sunday morning. And now same guy that says he needed deposit when he picked up rug. He wants to charge me for deposit again. I said no way! And literally had to show him email receipt of deposit paid. Now I did not pay attention to look at rug until right before delivery of bedroom set. And what do I see? THE RUG IS NOT 100% CLEAN. I was like wtf? I paid $550 for a partially cleaned rug. My rug is a Super Kashan model Ivory. (See pic) you can see difference between top and middle. Top is ivory and looking towards middle it's still dirty. Unreal! Secondly I was not going to waste my time with these idiots. Literally would have no place to keep new queen size bedroom set in one bedroom apartment. And imagine having to move bedroom set breaking my back because a cleaning company can't clean a rug. What are they blind? I trusted their work based on reviews but boy was that a mistake. Wish there was zero stars. Because they deserve zero for this failure. I would NEVER recommend this company. My advice would be go to Home Depot and rent a machine. YouTube also shows you how to clean it your self.

Words cannot express how pleased I am with the rug cleaning done by Mike at Trinity Rug Wash…read more My girlfriend stopped by to visit one night and spilled 2 full glasses of red wine on my beige living room carpet. That night we tried desperately to get it out using towels and baking soda. However, at the conclusion of our efforts I was left dismayed and staring at what were now purple stains on the rug. I got on HomeAdvisor.com and did a search for carpet cleaners. After putting in my info, Mike was the first to respond. While I made arrangements for him to pickup the rug, I seriously debated throwing it away and buying a new one even though it was my favorite rug. Reason being, it had been cleaned multiple times by Stanley Steemer and it had always came back dingy and dirty, but they claimed it was the best they could do. As such, I was highly doubtful that the wine stains could be removed in their entirety. Nevertheless, I let Mike pick up the rug and give it a try. Well let me say, I am soooo unbelievably happy that I did. When he unrolled the rug onto my living room floor, I was shocked that not only could I see no evidence of the wine stains, but the entire rug looked like it did when it was first purchased. I was in love with my rug again and so grateful I had not gotten rid of it. I will add that Mike was professional, timely, kind & considerate and I would not hesitate to recommend him and his company to any and everyone. No more Stanley Steemer EVER for me. EVER/NEVER!!! Trinity Rug Wash is my new rug cleaning company of choice going forward. Thank you so much Mike!! Window treatments next? ;-) Mike charged $2.99/sq ft to pickup, clean and return the rug. Money well spent, although I'll be passing the bill to my girlfriend who agreed to cover the cost! :-)
