I've watched evidence of Mr. Jellison intentionally escalating a deposition and encouraging an unlawful assault and arrest by:
1. changing the location of the deposition at the last moment, on short notice (I believe the morning of).
2. Intentionally changing the location of the deposition to a police department meeting room in order to prevent the entry of an helper's entry to the room (who was present to set up a professional, better quality video recording device).
3. Blocking access for a person needing ADA accommodations, causing distress and medical risk.
4.Blocking entrance of the assistant to the deposition room, despite being informed the entry would be momentary, and consist only of setting up recording equipment.
5. Calling law enforcement for a non-crime, (the assistant and deposition subjects words) and encouraging said law enforcement to attack and unlawfully arrest the video equipment assistant.
This is NOT anything I characterize as professional, moral behavior. read more
