Ummm... so where do I begin... OK. The food is fine, boodae jjigae was really good, je-yuk bokkem was super good with awesome big portions enough to be shared by two. Gaeran jiim was fire! and thennnnnnn came the flies in the restaurant. There were good 10-12 of them attacking us big time, very ferocious these Mexican flies, we were waving our arms around to get'em away, we could hardly concentrate on eating. We ordered kimchi jjigae mid-meal because boodae jjigae almost had no soup, I asked for more soup in Kimchi jjigae and it came out way too watery, as a bland liquid that had no taste to it... May explain why we were the only table in the restaurant. But then, we were there at off peak hours... so . They had a cute out door sitting area which I'd wish I sat at. Overall, I give them 3 stars because food was indeed good excluding kimchi jjigae but i think that was also because the Korean owner/chef left the kitchen to go grab grocery and soup was made by kitchen staff who couldn't manage the extra soup request. If you're in for authentic Korean taste, this place got it. You just gotta be aware. *they got Korean liquor including soju and hite beer and sell Korean snacks at the front of the restaurant. read more
