I have nothing but positive things to say about Brothers Cleanouts & Junk Removal. They were…read moreresponsive, friendly, and professional. We needed to clear out a 3 bedroom house, basement, and garage. I sent them pictures to help them assess the needs of the job. Mike and his team gave me a very fair price, arrived on time, and took on challenges such as bringing an old heavy steel safe out of the basement. One of the reasons we chose them in the first place is that they state that they include sweeping up after themselves, and I will say that they were true to their word. I would recommend them without hesitation, and would gladly hire them again if the need arises.

I cannot recommend them more and hope you will give them a call if you have any junk removal needs.

Unfortunately it was a no show and without communication. We were surprised because he was a nice guy and seemed like a responsible professional. We thought perhaps there had been a family emergency and we left messages that were supportive. We have the phone number on the business card and his cell. His voice mail on each number is now full, I have texted him and still no response. We were at the time moving in 10 days! Our concern has turned frustration. Because we were supposed to leave this week, but because of our inability to wait we are going another route! We wish Tom and his family well, if indeed there had been an emergency. A text and or a quick call within these last 10 Days would have been the responsible professional way to go. It truly saddens us to add this review. Dave and Peg
