Trying to do business with Per Mar Security was like a dumpster fire. The people are friendly…read moreenough. But their communication sucks. It has taken over two months of phone calls, emails and multiple requests to get an issue basically unresolved. They must be so busy that they don't need additional customers. The request was simple. We purchased a business already using their services. All we wanted to do was get the services put in our name. They wanted over $5000 to upgrade a system that was already working. And that wasn't even a full upgrade. That was the bare minimum upgrade. Per Mar employees would call me and tell me they could do it. Then they would call me back and tell me they couldn't. Then a different employee would call me back and say let's sign up. Then another employee me would call me back and tell me they actually can't sign me up. I tried and tried and tried to give them my business. Unfortunately they don't want it. And I definitely don't recommend calling them. The sad part for them is that I would have paid for the upgrade if they had just transferred services from one business owner to the next giving us the opportunity to work with them. Instead, I will tell everyone what a train wreck Per Mar Security is.

He is reordering the doors to what we had originally asked for from the company. I am appreciative of a company that cares enough to make the effort. Original Review: Buyer beware - I would avoid this company at all costs. Had to replace doors at the church after a break-in. They came measured were told what was needed and then charged premium $ for doors that were nowhere close to what was previously there. The locks were incorrect - the stain was at least 3 shades lighter than all the doors on the floor - the safety window was not actually safety glass but plain clear single pane glass and was a different size. When told about the inconsistencies were unwilling to do anything to rectify their mistakes basically telling the church you're SOL.

Terrible Customer service, Left voice mail to get a quote for a 98-inch TV. No call back. Called again and he said he still had to check with best buy as they have never mounted a 98in TV. Seems really odd they couldn't give me a quote until they checked with best buy. I have always wanted a truly HI-FI amazing sound system to play my records and cd's on. Someday you will be mine!" Well now you are mine! Yep I got to sit down with the staff from Audio Labs and play some music through multiple sets of receivers, speakers, turntables to find what truly might be the best sounding hi-fi set up for my money.. Mind you I had about 9 times less then I wanted to spend as you read above but I got a really nice new set up for playing music, that fit my budget and that's what I was shooting for! Lots of options and it's cool they take the time and explain what might be best for you! Top notch stuff and top notch customer service.. They event loaded it into my trunk for me!

This was regarding a misunderstanding that what I thought was an emergency call would be a non-charge since I was told my new home was under warranty. Evidently the issue was with Mid-American and not Tesdell Electric. Tesdell decided not to charge me for the service call after all. In the end, Tesdell proved that they are an honorable company. They left a huge mess in our space and claimed they cleaned up "what they could with what they had." Spend your money elsewhere!
