Then they checked the cabin filter and I declined to have replacement. They never put the shock absorber on glove box back ! The last time I decided to pop hood when I got home as I didn't think they started it to check oil level after the change! My dip stick was partly pushed in and oil cap missing! One time I saw one employee come around the corner coughing, was obvious he was around the corner smoking weed !!!! Do not go to this place and they don't care and are likely to cause more damage than good!

For oil changes for cars there are 2 choices. 1) Lube, oil and filter ....... $36.99 2) Oil and filter ...... $30.99 I drove up and requested a oil and filter change. I made sure to say it twice so there was no confusion. They changed my oil and filter. The charge was $36.99. When I mentioned to the lady running the bill that I had seen on their web site it should have been $30 'and change' she answered that was the cost if I had brought in my own filter. I looked at her sort of dumbfounded, shook my head and paid my bill. Then I went home and checked their website to see if I had made a mistake. There it was, $30.99 for oil and filter change. So, I went back and talked to their 'manager'. His response was that the $30.99 cost was for just oil and filter, not for them to change my oil and filter but just to take the oil and filter with me. Once again I was dumbfounded. One of the workers also started to scream at me as well. Not a nice atmosphere to try to right a wrong, they didn't even seem to mind when I told them I was going to give them a bad review. They said they really didn't care. So here it is, don't trust them. An obvious bait and switch.

In March 2023, I brought my Lexus RX 350 to this shop for a transmission fluid service. The…read moretechnician noted the presence of metal shavings in the pan on the invoice, and instead of following OEM specifications and using Toyota WS-compatible fluid, the shop installed Kendall VersaTrans CVT+. I later reviewed the product specifications and contacted Kendall's own technical support team directly. Their team confirmed that while VersaTrans CVT+ may be used where Toyota WS is specified, their *recommended* product for WS applications is Kendall VersaTrans LV ATF, not CVT+. Their data sheet confirms this. When I brought this to the shop's attention, attaching official data sheets, Kendall's response email, and compatibility concerns, they refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing. Their responses were consistently short, dismissive, and unprofessional. I received multiple replies with no greeting, no name, and no attempt to address the core issue. Instead of discussing solutions (which I offered several times, including a fluid replacement or partial refund), they repeatedly deflected and eventually stopped engaging altogether. Despite the shop stating in their own records that metal shavings were present, a clear indication of wear, they opted to use a non-recommended fluid. Over the next 2.5 years, the vehicle accumulated only ~9,200 miles, but the transmission continued to degrade, likely accelerated by the mismatch in fluid. This review is not based on emotion. I've provided documentation, OEM specifications, and direct confirmation from the fluid manufacturer. The shop's refusal to admit a mistake or even engage in a basic conversation about resolution speaks volumes about their customer service standards and technical judgment. I cannot recommend this shop to anyone seeking careful, OEM-spec service or professional accountability. If something goes wrong, don't expect them to help, or even call you by name.
