I called Jeff today to replace and rekey my office door knob. The original door was not properly installed, so he had to do more work than expected. Since it took longer than he had anticipated, he decided not to charge us! The replacement knob that he installed was installed well. It was sturdy and strong. He rekeyed the door knob to match the dead bolt. This saved me the cost of having to make 11 copies of a new key! Jeff was nice and listened to what we asked for. If I could give Jeff 10 stars that would not even be enough!! My purse and All of my ID And my car keys were stolen yesterday. After being on the phone with AAA for over 15 hours and at least 10 different people no one was able to help me get a key made for my truck so I can go home(4 hours away). So it's Sunday, we are helping my parents move in to their new second story apartment in Wasco and what happens on our last trip of moving things, the key jams in the front door knob pretty bad.
