I bought a 2012 Toyota Truck off of Jeff's Car Corner and I will say their service was great. I have owned this truck for a little less than a year and it's seen the mechanic shop more than I could have ever imagined. The first month the vehicle wouldn't even run. I traded in a perfectly good car for this junk and til this day I regret ever stepping into this dealership. It has yet again failed to turn on this morning, I have an appointment coming up to trade in this terrible truck I purchased from Jeff.... Not even a year later. Stay away please. They will swindle you into a car (that has hidden problems) then when you confront them about it, they all of sudden don't answer the phone, no call back, you will physically have to go to his face for him to even talk to you and even then he's rude and he has a smirk in his face when you're explaining what's wrong w the vehicle. Do not but from Jeff's! There are so many other good used car lots that could use the business! I hate to see hard working people get scammed out of their money. They sell 90% lemons! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE, YOU WILL PAY MORE FIXING IT!!! The guy who informs you about the vehicles seems nice and promising but all that glitters is not gold. They do not inform you about all the problems with the car, you will start to notice issues about a month after getting your vehicle. My girlfriend recently bought a Nissan Altima, It seemed nice and reliable but then we noticed the roof of the car was cracked and leaking water into the car once she took the car in for a wash. A COUPLE DAYS LATER the radio in the car stopped working, the aux cord didn't work, bluetooth didn't work, and even normal radio wouldn't work. Now her car won't even start and she needs to get it towed to fix it. They tell you SOME of the issues but NOT ALL. My Mother also had a similar experience, they act nice to your face but regret to inform you about other issues. PLEASE PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE YOU WILL REGRET GETTING A CAR FROM HERE!!! read more

Please share and help spread the word. Pictures are in comments. My oldest son was scammed out of 5500 dollars from these guys. Took advantage of someone that had no idea what was happening. They sold a vehicle to him later part of last year that had to be returned because the frame was rusted out. Jeff said he'd make it right and gave him a vehicle to replace it. Assured him that the vehicle was reliable. As you can see, the car shouldn't have even been on the road. They had him sign his documents and my son unknowingly signed a document that he was buying a salvage car. It was not disclosed. Proof is in the carfax that Jeff gave to my son 3 days after it was purchased because my son went to the DMV to title it and they told him it was a salvage car. We just got the letter from the state last week that in order to get a title, it needed inspected. Nobody pays 5500 for a salvage vehicle. Alex at Jeff's Car Corner advised me Jeff was in the hospital, but he talked to him. Jeff advised that my son and mother drove the car off the lot to have inspected, and that they showed them the undercarriage and there was nothing wrong with the car. That this must have happened in 3 months. Jeff personally called my son on Saturday and asked him if he had a couple grand to put down on a new car. When my son asked what Jeff was going to do to make it right he said "Nothing. You own that car now." Jeff knew he couldn't ever sell this car to anyone with them knowing the issues, especially for 5500. Deception, lies, manipulation, and quite frankly, thievery. read more

Absolutely worst place ever. They bought a truck didn't fully check it over sold it to me and then as soon as it gets inspected 5500 worth of repairs I'll have to cover he never had the truck inspected before he sold it. Screwed me over hard. Sold me the truck with wrong odometer reading. Expired DOT tires. Excessive damage to the engine. Best they told us is there is nothing they can do. I have to say I'm impressed! I've been in the business and understand that no matter how much you think the car you're selling is a good one you don't always know. I just bought from them a month ago and the vehicle has had a couple issues but they've been incredible! They've not left me hanging at all and now the van is good to go and I'm as happy as can be! Like I said, having been in the business in the past I've seen all sorts of shysters and liars but these guys are the good guys! I think if someone has a problem with them maybe your expectations are unrealistic or you're unpleasant to deal with! I'm a current customer here. I called the financing office to see if I could switch my payments to the end of the month instead of weekly. There's a new lady in the finance office and she is very unprofessional! When I first got on the phone with her she was very rude! She doesn't know how to answer the phone professionally for starters. Then she made the comment of "This is the last time we are doing this." Um excuse me but I am like clock work when I do my payments so I don't think that comment was necessary at all! Not to mention she didn't tell me what they would take out of my account for my confirmation. If you're going to work with people banks and their money, at least know how to do it first! read more

Things were wrong with the vehicle we were purchasing. They told us that they had fixed it them. We had to go back again to have them fix it again. A month later after we started making payments more problems arised. We went back to them about possibly getting a different vehicle. They told us they couldn't give us what we owed on it. They fix their vehicles just enough to get it to last long enough for it to be too late. read more

I've heard a lot of bad reviews about Jeff's honestly, was nervous to get a car here. I own a 2008 Jeep Liberty sport, it had about 80,000 miles and I only paid 8,100. I'll have my car for a year as of April 20th, 2020. And it's still as if it was brand new. Never had any issues, and Jeff's definitely works with me when life kicks me in the ass. Once or twice I've only had about half of my payment and Jeff's let me pay the other half WAY past my 10 day grace period: with no threats of losing my vehicle! Definitely recommend, just be smart and test drive your car, and take the car to be ran through the shop first before buying! On the other hand, the new lady in the payment shop, is RUDEEEE. So if you want a car that is going to break down 6 months after buying it then they are your guys. They are not good people stay away from this place. They want you to do all the paperwork before you can even look at the car which is jacked up !!! Got the car and the advertising was wrong no third row seat !!!! I couldn't even fit my family and not to mention from the jump there was problems with the car it's a lemon and also was told he would take care of me and he guarantees me the car is in good condition. Words cannot describe how shocked I am these guys can get away with what they get away with. Let alone the fact they're even in business. Awards? How? My girlfriend bought a car from Alex shoulders who was a nightmare to deal with and is way to high strung and un organized to complete anything properly and the communication is atrocious. Not to mention the 9 times we had to bring her vehicle down (and they both still forgot who she was) to fix one issue with the transmission and an electrical issue with her air conditioning. We would pick the vehicle up, everything would be fine for a day or two but instantly everything got worse. Now her car wants to stall out every time we come to a stop. It's almost like they rig your car to work for just enough time to get them through the warranty. Nothing but con artists, and Jeff himself personally told her she shouldn't have taken her car to Colorado. And proceeded to hang up on her. Also, the day she got the car her taillights didn't work. They also held onto her plates for 3 months and we called and called to see if they were in and they said they weren't when they were. Don't get a car here. Go to a dealer. They will con you out of months of free time and money. They also refused to give paperwork after working on her car. We had to pry and pry just to get paperwork on what they did the first time we brought it over. Now we have to spend hundreds if not thousands to get her transmission scanned and possibly replaced. Leave them be and let them rot in the west end. Jeff treated the situation terribly. One second he was really helpful and they next it was like a switch was flipped and he was angry at her for whatever reason. read more
