Doctor Tope and the Nurses/office staff were all very friendly and accommodating. They even asked if I wanted to take the splinter home as a keepsake, ha! The doc said that there was no way I could have removed it myself, as he had to make an incision, which made me feel much better about going to urgent care over a splinter. (My dignity is still intact!) My wait time was only about 15 minutes (due to my own paperwork). They were able to get me generic prescriptions, which was very much appreciated, and were very knowledgeable with wound care and took the time to answer any questions. We all hate getting sick, so I won't say that I had a blast at Tremont. I will say, however, that for an urgent care, they are probably the best in Raleigh.

I only waited for about 15 minutes to be seen, and left feeling extremely cared for. Dr. Tope took time to answer my questions and never showed impatience or scorn about anything I said or asked (which frequently happens to me with most doctors). The nurses were friendly and explained everything to me and made me feel at ease with shots, etc. They don't take insurance, but you can pay with an HSA or flex-spending card (there is one exception that I don't remember so I would call first to find out if they take your card). Very happy with this place- it's the only Urgent Care I'll use from here on out!

Was looking for a DO (Osteopathic) doctor for an alternative view of health care. The front office staff were great and worked to fit me in last minute with Dr. Notaro due to a scheduling mishap on my part. The patient portal allows you to upload documents you want to share with the physician, however, it seems to only be allowed if you are either making an appointment or have an existing one. The lobby was smaller than you'd usually find at a physician's office but the wait was minimal. Dr. Notaro was very patient knowing it was my first time with a DO and not knowing what to expect. She gave me her background and listened to my concerns. I never felt like she was anxious to move to the next patient and felt comfortable talking with her. I can't speak for any other physician, but Dr Notaro and the front office staff were great and I would highly recommend them.

The doctor spends ALOT of time addressing the needs of each patient. We have never had extremely caring and through service like this and by we I mean my family. We have had one urgent visit and they squeezed us in. Dr. Eily is extremely caring, wants to get to the root of the problem, and so kid friendly (my son turned the exam room into a rocket ship and she played along while examining). This is not your traditional cookie cutter office. There are some quirks but I'll take it. Us holistic folks are quirky in our own way. For reports or referrals we (patients) need to do just a little work or lets call it team work with the office. They upload the referral/ lap report to the patient portal, you print it and take it to the doctors office or you can download it and send it to the office via email. We haven't had an issue. If your going to LabCorp bring the physical order and YOU choose online what location best suits you.

I did not do much research before making my decision because I was looking for a doctor that was currently accepting new patients. Found one here. I have repeatedly had great customer service and care given here. You can do walk-ins but be patient (pun intended) because you might want until a doctor is available. Nurses are efficient and seem to enjoy working there and there's always bright faces at the reception desk ready to get you checked in and seen. If you are in the need for a primary care and live in the general area you can't go wrong here.

Upon entering the office, I was warmly greeted by the staff member (I think her name was Cameron?) and couldn't help but notice how absolutely beautiful the office was. The decor was simple, yet elegant and made me feel like I chose the right office for my skincare needs. The wait was minimal and I was even taken back a few minutes before my appointment time... great first impression for a new patient! Winnie, my aesthetician, was absolutely fabulous. She put me right at ease and listened to my concerns about my skin and tailored the facial to my specific skin type. The facial was wonderful and my skin felt smooth afterwards. She did deep extractions and cleared all of my pores out. Upon completion of the facial, she sent me home with some wash/cream samples of what she used during the facial. Winnie understood I'm on a college-student budget and even set me up with an affordable facial package so that I could come back to see her! Very impressed with my first visit. I've had to go in for unscheduled sick visits on 3 occasions and they were always able to work me in somehow. When I do have an appointment, I almost never have to wait. The nurses have always been personable and helpful. Dr. Hansell is quick and efficient. She is very knowledgeable about different treatment modalities and she seems to want what's best for you. She encourages a healthy lifestyle and would like to have you taking as few meds as possible. I also love that they use MyUNCChart.org. Whenever I have a question, Dr. Hansell or one of her nurses responds very quickly!

The rule is the doctor has to OK the appointment if you do not cancel. The appointment was cancelled because I went to the office the day of what I thought was the Appointment but it was the wrong day, so I did not see the doctor and I did not reschedule. However they did not document it as such so I am now listed in their system as someone who did not cancel their appointment and now they treat you like a criminal. In addition I received a letter to come in for a flu shot, when I called them To set up an appointment for the Flu shot I was told that I needed to go someplace else to get a flu shot because they do not give the flu shot, however I have a letter requesting that I come in for it. I'm looking for another doctor. They are also screening to see if they want you as a patient
