It is with both great pleasure and extreme gratitude that I write this review. I had the privilege to be introduced to Kathy Clark Century 21 through our ministry. She was introduced to myself and my wife for the purpose of serving as our real estate Agent. As we pursued a larger facility for our growing ministry and congregation. As it turns out Kathy became much more than just a real estate agent and she exceeded not only our expectations but she also exceeded her job description and job duties during the nearly 5 month journey in possessing our new facility, which we are now the proud owners of. We are overjoyed now, and I am also convinced it would not have been possible without Kathy Clark at Century 21 working for us. We entered into this endeavor with some preparation and great hopes, never the less as it turned out, this soon became a great challenge which turned into a hard fought battle. A fight in which not only was Kathy training and mentoring us, but she was front and center fighting for us as well. She not only expressed her desire for our success, but she demonstrated it hands down above and beyond, what others would have been willing to do. In brief the history is as follows. We started our application process on January 8, 2015 and went through a series of Banks, lenders and private institutions. All of which declined the loan for various reasons, leaving Victory Outreach Pomona Valley with very little time left with a demanding escrow and seller. Many would have either given up or encouraged us to accept the failure, but thankfully we had Kathy. She continued persevering and working for us and finally, on March 14, 2015, we found great favor and started strategic negotiations. Then on March 31, 2015 an official Letter of Intent was issued and shortly after we closed escrow. We acquired our keys on May 14, 2015. I not only immediately started referring Kathy's services to others in my field or with similar endeavors, but I have included her as an important part of my plans for the vision and strategy of Victory Outreach Pomona Valley's future. I am secure and confident that as we continue to move ahead, it will be Kathy's guidance and services that will help us get to where we want to go. Thank you for your consideration in this matter. You may contact us at our office Monday through Friday at (909) 865-0373 if you have any further questions. Our website is vopomona.org. We truly couldn't have asked for a better agent to help us find our home!…read moreHe is incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, and detail-oriented. He kept an eye on every aspect of the process and noticed so many small details that we didn't even catch ourselves. We always felt that we were in very capable hands. In a market where inventory was extremely low, he went above and beyond to help us find opportunities. He created a personalized dashboard based on exactly what we were looking for, which allowed us to identify potential off-market opportunities and stay ahead of the competition. He also developed a great strategy for us to make an offer below asking price--even before the house officially came on the market--and it worked! He also has an excellent network of lenders and was able to connect us with options that fit our specific situation, which made the financing process much easier. Overall, we are so happy and grateful to have had him by our side. His expertise, strategy, attention to detail, and dedication truly made a difference in our home-buying journey. We couldn't have asked for a better agent, and we would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home!

He had organized communications and streamlined tours to make the search efficient. I was most impressed when he shared clear comparable market analysis and guidance on pricing and offer strategy. He also connected me with trusted lender referrals so I could compare financing options independently. Hamid is very good and organized, he coordinated inspections and helped interpret reports, highlighting key risks and positives for us. His best skills came along when we negotiated repairs/credits and he stayed on top of details through escrow and closing. I can't recommend him enough and anyone having him on their team would be in great hands.

He was enthusiastic and informative.  It really resonated with us.   Not too long after, we reached out to help us with our search.  He was responsive and on the ball.  His team created and vetted the search, which helped us with the search immensely! He went with us to check out houses and listened to what we did/didn't like about the properties. Within about a month and a half, we found a place in Banning that fit our criteria.  All of the vendors to help check out our house that Alex and his team recommended were great.   If your looking for an agent to help you find your place, be sure to give Alex a call.  You won't regret it. I don't even know where to begin!…read more My husband and I had been on the hunt for a house for a long time and we were feeling hopeless, hoping from city to city, agent to dual agent. And then we met Gary. Gary was quick to help us narrow down our cities and even specific pockets in different cities. He is a great listener and through our initial tours, he was able to help us identify our NEEDS vs wants in a house. These are some things we didn't even think about! We are picky and Gary was super patient as we waited for the perfect home to go on sale. We almost gave in a few times and made offers for the wrong reasons but Gary was there to stop us from making the wrong choice (what other agent would stop a sale??) Gary really followed through his initial promise of helping us find our dream home and helped us win the house. Our offer was completely customized with a cover letter and the whole nine yards. Our offer was strong but we also didn't overpay. This should've been written months ago but this goes to show how much of an impression Gary made on my husband and I!

Jeff was very detailed about everything and even advised me on what NOT to buy. I felt like a family member was assisting me in the process. Jeff amazingly found us a house that was not listed and knew the owners were very hesitant about selling. Somehow we were able to buy the house after meeting the owners a few times. We were nervous we would only get a certain amount but he got us 60k over asking price. He definitely knows what hes doing and spoke with all the bidders agents constantly. He even met with the appraiser and persuaded them to get the home valued at the 60k over asking price bid. On top of all the good work he did selling our home he helped us put in a bid on a house before it started its open house that weekend. Which helped us get a great deal before the bidding war started. The house already went up 100k in value since we bought it! You need Daniel Kim on your team. He helps you sell high and buy low!

When he asked me if we had already selected a Realtor, I said that we hadn't, but I was ready to interview several until I found one with whom we felt confident. He snapped out his cellphone and texted me the name and number of his own Realtor, Carol Otero of Rodeo Realty in Northridge. To say he "urged" me to contact Carol is to put it mildly. So I did and what followed was one of those instances of great good luck that sometimes finds its way into life at just the right moment. With our first meeting, we all knew right away we had found our Realtor. Carol Otero is that rare combination of fierce tenacity coupled with a powerful professionalism, made all the better with years of experience in good markets and bad. Add in just the right touch of good old-fashioned charm and we knew we were on our way to a great experience. She navigated our sale through all the complexities and demystified the process so that we knew where we were going and how we were going to achieve the maximum return. Within days, we emerged with just the right deal. Carol helped us prioritize the offers and then pushed the best prospects to offer even more. Soon all our worries that preceded finding Carol Otero were replaced by a happy anticipation of the next phases of life ahead. Carol Otero knows the market up to the minute, she knows the neighborhoods throughout, and she knows the buyers and what they're looking for. She's got decades of success and she's been through all the twists and turns. Having Carol Otero on our side, and the full-spectrum resources of Rodeo Realty at the ready, meant our smooth-as-silk escrow was a big win for my family. Now with the proceeds of our sale - a whopping $71K over our asking price - we're excited to re-enter the market as buyers and, this time, we've again got Carol Otero and Rodeo Realty to guide us to just the right match for us. Even though I can't take credit for finding Carol Otero and Rodeo Realty on my own, I'm still going to urge others to let the same good fortune find you. I'm certain you'll soon be equally comfortable with your own "discovery" and eager to share it with your own friends and family.
