Dr. Joh had multiple locations (Clinton Twp) but closed it and this is now his main location. When you walk in your greeted by staff and the check in process is easy. For new patients, you're given a tablet with a few documents to sign and complete - super quick! Their waiting area is so chic, yet comfortable. The decor is above what you'd expect at a typical dental office with random chairs for patients to sit in. Once you complete your new patient process, you're given a tour of the facility. Although it's on the smaller side, the fact that the staff takes the time to walk you through and show you various rooms/bathrooms, makes you feel all the more comfortable and welcomed. The exam rooms are clean and spacious. I had xrays done and pictures taken with an oral camera, that shows you areas of plaque build up, etc. The hygienist (Kayla) walks you through the whole process from xrays to cleaning. She does a great and thorough job. Dr. Joh comes in and examines you, asks if there are areas of concerns and reviews the xrays. At the end of the examine and cleaning, you're given a goodie bag with items (reusable cup, toothbrush, toothpaste, floss and sanitizer wipes) - just that extra effort. Overall, great experience at this office. From the ease of scheduling an appointment, to the staff and cleaning - not a single complaint. Definitely recommend Dr. Joh and his staff to anyone looking for a new or local dentist!

Marcella is an amazing hygienist who did a great job of answering my questions and keeping conversation going throughout the visit. I highly recommend scheduling your hygiene visit with her. Dr Hanna made the experience very comforting, informative, and was easy to talk to about the dental questions I had. He definitely made some great recommendations that I'm excited to try! My teeth are very important to me, and it was just the best that Marcella and Dr Hanna told me how great my teeth were so many times ! I highly recommend giving Cherry Creek Dental Care a try if you're looking for a new dental office. It was well worth the drive.

I had put off finding a new dentist for quite some time. I met with an office member that couldn't have been nicer. As it can be embarrassing explaining this, she was companionate and stated there were a couple of hygienists who would be great for me. The day of my appointment I was nervous going to a new place and it had been so long but was okay because of the talk with the office staff. I went back with the hygienist who was friendly but it took a short amount of time for me to realize she knew nothing; she didn't know I hadn't been to the dentist in years, didn't know about childhood trauma, she had no idea I was nervous...... She was again friendly (smiling) but not a good fit for someone in my situation. She didn't explain things; yes a lot has changed over the years; I honestly sat confused how this appointment could have gone so wrong after being reassured when I made the appointment; a mistake had to have been made. I finally spoke up a couple of times asking questions especially when I was being taken to another room for an X-ray after having X-rays in the first room. I was clueless at what was going on and she wasn't explaining. When I got up from my chair I was sweating so bad you could see the outline of my body in the chair. I kept thinking when was it going to be over. Then another thing done I had never had done and didn't know what it was; I finally stopped her and asked her what this was. As she smiled, she would I'm sure be good for someone who goes to the dentist every 6 mo and knows the routine and doesn't need anything explained but in my situation, not a perfect fit. At that point I was thinking with the hygienist, I was never stepping foot in there again. But then I met Dr Hana; absolutely calming and compassionate. It was obvious he knew my situation. When I left, I left now torn about going back. I thought if I could just get a different hygienist I would be okay. Time lapsed past my 6 month appointment, I received emails, text messages and post cards to make an appointment. One day when I received a text message, I texted back about my experience. Stated I didn't know if I wanted to come back because of the hygienist but was thinking about coming back because the dentist was excellent. Attached is the response I received; then ghosted. I repeated that I didn't want to speak ill of the hygienist but not a good fit for anyone in my situation. I know for a fact as the employees are good, every employee excels in different areas. I was hoping since my initial office staff encounter was excellent and encounter with the doctor was excellent, a different hygienist would be a good resolution. I thought a mistake had been made. Instead it is stated they would reflect on what could have been done better? Not an attempt for a resolution? Not an offer of a different hygienist? Not I'm sorry, maybe she was unaware of my situation? Not, maybe there was a mixup with appointments and I received the wrong hygienist? I finally gave honest feedback hoping there would be an easy solution; a different hygienist. This puts more shame towards people that don't feel comfortable at a dentist. SO disappointed.....

The last two said they could do it. Dr. Havens told me all of the risks in moving his canine up, over and down including the possibility of losing that tooth or another tooth but said that he would try. He slowly and methodically moved that tooth and my son is in his final stages. (I unfortunately allowed my 2nd son to have his tooth pulled instead of insisting he try to save it. That baby tooth has now broken (he is 28) and I now have to pay for an implant which is thousands of dollars.) Dr. Havens was realistic, thorough, informative and kind. He didn't say everything I wanted to hear (It will be easy, 100% guarantee I can do it.. etc.) but that was why I chose him. The schedule also almost always runs on time which is an added bonus. Don't hesitate. I did all of the research for you. Will add photos when completed.

My child was not consistently seen by the same doctor each time so they weren't able to track progress correctly (one doctor photographed, one did not). We went and got two other second opinions and were appalled to find out that there were several more issues going on with my child's mouth that were not discussed with me, or even probably noticed on their part. I'm so sad I wasted so much time here. I cannot recommend enough that you should get a second opinion for your child as we are now having to start treatment all over elsewhere and are out all that time and money.
