When I went into Dr. Muller's office for the first time he said before we start with the exam let's get to know each other for a bit. So we visited for a while, talked about our families etc and then got to the exam. He made me feel so comfortable. We talked about some issues I was having and was very thorough about addressing them. When I left his office I knew I had made a good choice and would recommend him to anyone I knew who was looking for a physician.

The doctor I saw didn't listen to what I said and ONLY fixated on one medical issue and what she wouldn't or couldn't do for me without offering any solutions. We just went in a loop of how she couldn't do anything unless I saw a certain specialist, but that rheumatology wouldn't accept my consult with the current medical concerns I had. When I asked for solutions or alternatives she just kept saying I needed to see a rheumatologist, but that they wouldn't see me. Then the appointment time ran out and I was told that there was nothing she could do and I should stick with my old provider. No discussion about my other health concerns or requests to see other specialist, just no, I can't or won't help you now leave. The only person who was nice was the receptionist, the nurse who did my intake was standoffish but professional. 0/10 wouldn't recommend Shirin Pilakka,MD
