First, she stared asking me questions about what I ate and if I ate a lot of chemicals. I wasn't too scared off--I am a proponent of natural remedies and so on. However, she then proceeded to ask if my husband could come in for my next appointment because she finds "you need support for your treatment plan." Excuse me, I am old enough to monitor my own "treatment plan." Basically, she wanted him to come so she could potentially get him to get chiropractic service. As I was leaving, I wasn't able to schedule an appointment due to upcoming business travel and I indicated that I would contact them to set up a follow up appointment. Dr. Brynga indicated she would follow up if she didn't hear from me. The only thing positive about the experience was that the receptionist had great customer service. I ended up traveling over an hour to go to my old chiropractor. Since he is not close, I will be looking for a chiropractor in the area whose treatment philosophy is more in line with what I consider ethical and isn't trying to push me into anything to make a "sale."
