The other 5-star reviews are not lying!! Dr. Jeffery Albert has some of the best staff and personality than most!! This was my first root canal and I was nervous to say the least. Both he and his assistant, Natalie, were absolutely amazing!! From the moment I stepped into the chair through the x-rays, and even through the procedure itself, I felt as though I was dealing with real people who genuinely wanted to make me feel comfortable. The questions and comments were sincere and the general manner was extremely conducive to a calm inviting environment. I had a special issue, due to my amount of travel, I needed it to be done in one session. I explained that I travel and I don't have too much time to come back. Dr. Albert listened and, although there was all the reason to break it into two sessions, he took the time to finish in one session. I could not be happier. Wow, I could not have anticipated how wonderful my root canal procedure would go today. The office got me in for a next day appointment, I was greeted with the friendliest staff and assistants, and even got to listen to Beyonce the entire time. Dr. Albert even sang along, which made me feel so comfortable and happy, even while getting my tooth drilled in. There are not enough positive things I can say about this man. I felt that I was in good hands and not getting ripped-off, which is a first for me since moving to South Florida. On another note, Kay and Maurie deserve a raise! Kind, compassionate, readily available for a problem. Dr Albert gave my close to 90 year old mom a root canal. She is not well & everything is a major effort for her. Dr. Albert is not only an excellent Dentist, he also goes above and beyond to make sure that you are completely satisfied with his work and also that you are ok once you have left his chair. After having to have an old root canal become infected, Dr. Albert took care of my problem and then called me several times after each visit to make sure that I was ok and not in too much pain. He worked with me to make sure the infection was removed and then fixed the tooth in question so that I have not had any more problems. And I would like to add that his entire staff is professional, warm & welcoming making sure that anyone who is even the least bit afraid or sensitive, comfortable and ok during your entire appointment and they go out of their way to work with your insurance so that the financial obligation is as painless as possible also. Needless to say, I would highly reccommend Dr. Albert to anyone that need his type of service and if Ididn't already love my general dentist and Dr. Albert was a genearl dentist I would probably switch to his practice. Worth the drive from Jensen Beach: As someone who is a relatively new resident of Fl (we moved from Mi in 2018), finding new Dentists and Doctors after a move can be quite a challenge. Since our long time highly skilled Dentist in MI unexpectedly passed away in 2017, I delayed my normal dental checkups, but we recently found a local dentist. After his initial exam, he determined I needed a root canal. My wife (who has 30 years dental experience) had a consultation at Endodontic Associates on a referral from Dr. Mauricio Gutierrez at Florida Institute for Periodontics and Dental Implants and was very impressed, so I chose to to make an appointment there after a local Endo assessment left me questioning their plan for treatment. I am not one who is a fan of the dental chair. Dr Albert did a 2 part root canal. He is an extremely skilled Endodontist, has an amazing staff, great chair side manner and personality (which I sensed on my first appointment.) He had a new assistant and I was impressed with his teaching skills and interaction with his assistants. He also does a great job on giving the numbing shots. Dr. Albert made a not-fun situation--root canal re-do--not bad. Music (my choice) helped, as did short waits and Dr. Albert's fast but very professional work. I have had major problems with my root canals for quite some time. I went to another endodontist in my area, spent over $500 and was told I need an extraction. I decided not to give up and went to doctor Albert. He was extremely knowledgeable. He thoroughly examined my tooth situation, performed 3D X-ray valued at $400 for absolutely free, recommended that there was no infection to fix and still did NOT charge me a dime for his services. Not only that, he wrote his cell phone number on the back of his business card and told me to call him if I ever need any assistance. I was absolutely shocked by his honesty, integrity, passion to treat each patient with care and even provide his services for absolutely free. I went to Dr. Albert for a root canal. My appointment was for 9:30 am and at 9:33 I was escorted to the dental chair by the sweetest lady named Alex. What a peach she is! She even asked if I needed to use the restroom before going to the room. Dr. Albert is as warm and professional as I have seen. He explained what he was doing and explained why he was doing it. The procedure was over in less than an hour and I never had any pain or discomfort from the procedure. After completing the root canal he had me come into his office and showed me my ex rays and went over what he had done and even gave me his cell phone number if I any problems.
