I had a specific appointment set and throughout the years they never made a mistake until this time. My card listed one date and time and just before that date/time I received a text from them confirming my appointment for a week later. At 66 years of age I thought, maybe I was confused; but I wasn't. When I called and asked why they moved my appointment out one week, they said they didn't. They threw the hygienist under the bus and then told me they'd understand if I wanted to find a new dentist. At first I said, of course not, let's keep the appointment. But then after speaking to my wife about this, we realized they didn't actually want our business and didn't care if they lost it. My wife and I are both in the service industry and we were flabbergasted by this attitude. Importantly, the person with whom I had this conversation identified herself as the office manager! I'm sure her supervisor is very proud of her. I cannot recommend this practice. By the way, I'm truly an easy going guy, that's why I initially agreed to keep the appointment after she suggested I take my business somewhere else. This was a little hurtful.

His assistant Leah made sure there was adequate rinsing which helped a lot seeing your mouth is open for longer than normal. They took breaks along the way as well and asked often how I was doing. It is my understanding that Willow Dental is one of the few dental offices where they perform the entire process in one day! The whole process from start to finish took less than 2 hours and I left with a shiny new crown!

Dr. Plecas heard I was standing in a wedding the following week and nervous about swelling. He called their other locations to see if anyone could assist Monday but then instead made time same day in between patients to get the tooth pulled. So beyond grateful to everyone who helped get this done today. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, I truly am amazed they made it work for me.

I recently had some significant tooth pain and called them first thing when they opened. They told me they would try and move some things around and they called me back within an hour with a same day appointment. When I got there they could tell I was in a lot of pain and they took the time to hear me out and work through some tests to help me find a solution. While they didn't see any obvious issues, they did call a partner specialist while they were in the room with me to try and get me seen by them that day. I'm super grateful to Dr Plecas and his team for accommodating me when I needed help, and making sure they took the time to work through it all. They are always super nice, non-judgemental and take great care of their team and staff. I am super thrilled I found my way to this group and will recommend them to anyone in need of a great dental practice!

Run the other way! They changed their billing practices. They charge you upfront for all your…read moredental work, then file insurance and promise to refund the difference. The office staff is incompetent. It took over a year to get my $120 refund. They told me that others weren't paying their bills, so that's why they changed the way they bill their patients. I always paid my bill promptly. Also, after going to a different dentist today I was told the crown Dr. Ross made and put in didn't fit properly. It doesn't seal the tooth. I paid over $1000 out of pocket for that crown. I will be contacting them, but I won't be holding my breath for them to fix it.
