My first appointment was about a hour in a half. I got x rays, a cleaning, and a consultant from Dr. Christian. My hygenist was Andrea and explained everthing to me before she did it. We came up a plan with Dr. Christian to get my smile back on track. I was pretty happy with the whole experience and go back next month to get some work done. It's in the same building with Concentra.

When I returned after headaches and pain, he complained that he didn't see any issues, slight adjustment but the pain consisted. After returning a third time he finally filed it down and the pain went away. Since then, the crown fell out... it's been 3 years. I refused to return to him and my new dentist commented on the poor work. I wasn't the only patient with complaints.

That was $200. I needed to come back for a root canal. My appointment was for noon. Once again, I had to wait in the waiting room until 12:15. Then they put me in a room. I didn't even get my anesthesia for another 10 minutes. And then they left me again for 10 minutes for it to kick in. The bedside manner of the doctor was not there at all. There was no apology, nothing for the lateness. I'm sorry my time is just as valuable as every single person in that office. When I booked the appointment I asked how long the root canal appointment was going to take and I was told, 60-70 minutes. I was there for 2 hours, 120 minutes!!! What kind of compensation do I get for that??? Nothing. What a joke. If they knew they were behind they should have called, and I would have left my job a little later. And they wanted me there 20 minutes prior to the appointment time? For what, for me to sit in the waiting room? I'm pretty sure If we got compensated for our "waiting time" things would be more timely. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Without notice, Dr. Hayes became my dentist. This woman has no regard for her patients. I felt like an object rather than a patient. I would NOT advise anyone to go there. I went to get my partial repaired. I ended up with what I didn't request, it looked like crap and took forever. She refused to listen to me even though I was out of pocket for a substantial amount. These people tell you what you want to hear but they are very dishonest. I didn't want to do this review publicly but, when my teeth cleaning that was scheduled 3 months in advance was canceled the day before, I decided enough was enough!

I began my research for a quick extraction which I knew I needed coming from Florida . My sister recommended this office since we are from out of town. This dental office was a god send. Starting from making the appointment asap for me, to check in , then meeting the awesome dentist and assistant, it was a pleasant experience. Kind , helpful, understanding, professional, funny, down to earth. It was one of the best dentist visit (if there is such a thing ) I've had.
