Sandee has been my dental hygienist the entire time, and I have to say she was originally the reason I continued with Dr. Singh's practice. Other hygienists I've had have left me with bleeding gums and tooth sensitivity. Sandee takes her time to be sure she's done a thorough cleaning and inspection as well as making sure to avoid discomfort during and after the process. I've been to several dentists over the years, and I take great pride in my smile. Dr. Singh performed a couple of bonds to important teeth, and her work is masterful. She really has a developed eye for what looks correct aesthetically. I would trust her with any cosmetic work I may have done in the future. Pricing is honest, upfront, fair, and comparable to other providers in the area. There's an in-house program for people without insurance as well! Prior to my company providing dental insurance, I used Dr. Singh for a year during a lapse in insurance and took advantage of said program. It definitely made keeping up with my dental visits less of a financial burden. In short, I recognize the importance of a smile and I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Singh and her staff for primary dental care.

I was a patient here for about 2-2.5 years and had a very positive experience with Sarah Lynch. At a check-up appointment I came in for, they told me I "all of a sudden" had 4 cavities and needed to set up appointments for those to get filled. I was upset- I had never had a cavity before and almost didn't believe them. I decided to pursue getting a second opinion with X-Rays and pointed out the 4 teeth that had "cavities" and they told me I didn't have any cavities because I had sealants and it was almost impossible for me to have a cavity. I pursued it further and they had a second doctor come in to check out the X-Rays and they told me I didn't have any cavities and were showing me what I should be looking for on the X-Ray if I were to have a cavity. They also used this scanning machine and told me I didn't have any cavities ( after I insisted on them doing their best to prove that my dentist wasn't lying). It was an interesting appointment but to say the least, I won't be returning to Sarah Lynch because I believe her equipment was not working properly, she was lying about the fact that I had cavities, or her equipment is too to be used in this manner. She's a very nice dentist but I would be careful here! I disaffiliated from this practice because of this reason.

I think they were referring to one particular dark spot, so I know that's not true because my regular dentist has for years told me that the spot is nothing to worry about and is just demineralization. Either way, such aggressive treatment was uncalled for and is not good practice. Also some comments about how it was hard to believe it had only been X amount of time since I'd seen a dentist, as I'd reported, implying I was lying. Why I would lie about my last dentist visit, I don't know.

The dentist i had was dr glossner and i can say i was very lucky to get him as my dentist. Dr glossner is a smart very attentive dentist. He took the time to make sure that the mold of the crown was as near to perfect as you could get. His attention to detail is what really made me comfortable in the dental chair. They let me know right away what was going to be covered by insurance before hand, and for us it was all covered. When you get there you have to go upstairs to check in and we did that and then you go back downstairs. After we waited about 10 mins the nurse called our daughter back and said one parent could come back. Both my husband and I took off so we could both be back there because she has anxiety issues. I asked the nurses again if her dad can come back too and they said no. Which I don't understand due to the fact that there are two seats when you enter the room. I met the doctor and he explained what the procedure was going to be, about 3 minutes and he said he will see her again in a few. They said the procedure can take up to an hour and the anesthesiologist came in and introduced themselves along with someone training. I then left and was told they will call my cellphone when she's ready. The entire procedure took about 40 minutes and we got the call. The side of the building we they want you to pick patients up needs to be marked better because it's fading but we found it. It's a tight squeeze to get out and the bushes make it hard to see. The procedure went well but we never received a call from the doctor or a nurse AT ALL to see how our daughter was doing which I found to be odd. We did have to call for a question about her healing and they did call back quickly but I don't think had they called us for a patient follow up we would have had to call them. Bottom line, not sure I would use them again. 50/50 on it. If they were more patient friendly for underage patients I would probably say yes without question. But with the not calling for a follow up or both parents not being allowed in the room with her it's a flip of a coin if I would go back. The place is though and quick so if you want that experience this may be the place for you.

There were major issues from the start with them never verifying my insurance benefits, then many scheduling hiccups because they are only in Mechanicsburg two days a week on a schedule that rotates every four weeks. They regularly offer me appointments in Carlisle, which is too far to drive for a 10-minute appointment. The last issue was the confusing way I felt I was basically tricked into buying a second retainer when one was already factored into my upfront costs. The staff seems to turn over so often that I hardly ever saw the same people there from one appointment to the next. My teeth look great, but the whole experience left me feeling a sense of "Buyer Beware"!
