The only cons - it clumps easily and is difficult to digest when mixed with milk. PlasmaJet delivers a great pump but unfortunately gave me headaches (like a moderate percentage of other users) so I stopped taking it. My favorite Gaspari product, Novedex XT, was discontinued. I hope a similar product will be introduced soon.

The program itself was challenging because we were learning about and incorporating new habits. Leah was supportive at every step. I love how she also emphasized mindfulness and movement. I'm grateful for her guidance with our elimination diet - it was something I never successfully could start in earnest without her expertise. I continue to embrace what she taught us - in the kitchen, on my plate, on the yoga mat, before I sleep, when my stress levels spike - and intend on keeping the tools she's shown us sharp for the rest of my life.

I'm a 39-year old with some annoying low back issues (the past…read more couple years). In 2013 an MRI showed two herniated discs and one bulged (all in lumbar area). I've had periodic flare-ups but the last year has been rough. It's been more of a chronic & consistent ache. I guess its my body giving me a very loud "warning" this time. I was a football player in high school & college, a heavy weightlifter in my 20s which transitioned into running 40-50 miles a week in my late 20s. I've put a lot of stress on my lower back and never gave it the TLC it deserved. It has now thrown a big "F" you at me. I realize it is now time to get serious about getting better. I've spoken to countless people and Dr. Jeremy made me feel the most comfortable. He has a progressive approach to healing and strengthening the body. He's always challenging himself by staying on top of the science and he's PASSIONATE. The passion is what sold me on him. He's passionate about getting his clients better. Hes also extremely caring and empathetic. He knows what pain is. He knows it can wreak havoc on your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. His positive energy and enthusiasm is contagious. I had a recent set-back in my recovery. I over-did a cardio session and was so disappointed. When I met with Dr. Jeremy it wasn't even a concern. It was more let's do what your body allows you to and continue to push forward. I was bummed I did this to myself but I was so happy to have Dr. Jeremy in my corner. He's taught me a bunch of exercises to implement on my daily routine and I trust him. I trust him because he "walks the talk." He's mastered a lot of the movements he teaches but he keeps his ego in check when doing it. He let me borrow a book called "I will beat back pain." I read the entire book that night. I will get better because Dr. Jeremy believes I can better. If your ready to do the work then he'll put a game plan together. I'm going to get stronger, I'm going to do the things I was afraid of because of my "Bad Back." Im going to do all these things because it will make me a better person. No one wants to live with pain. "The purpose of pain is to move us into action. It is not to make us suffer."
