Family law matters can become emotionally exhausting, but the attorneys stayed calm, confident, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. My case become more complicated over time, and the legal cost ended up being around $15000 to $18000 total, which is definitely a serious and big investment for me. Still, I coild see the amount of work and effort their team was putting into the case behind the scenses. Their communication was super friendly, and I always felt like my concerns were being heard. I highly appreciate them to their dedication and support I received throughout the process. I extremely recommend Tully Rinckey PLLC for complicated family law services and representation.

I was in a bad state as I had no knowledge of any bank accounts, income of my ex or debts. I was left practically homeless when ex left. Lynn Hawkins took the case and started the process outside court, got all the necesssary documents and finally helped me come to a fair settlement. She was firm when things needed to move and although I was afraid of taking necessary steps due to emotional abuse and long standing intimidation from my ex, I realized whatever advice I took, things turned out as she had said. She is very thorough, knowledgable, ethical and empathetic. She is not the kind of lawyer who looks agressive or writes nasty statements to the opposing party but sticks to the facts of the matter. She also knows Arlington court systems well but what I liked most about her was that she first always considered settling and getting fair deal outside court, which is tough in situations like mine. She was timely in responding, many times responding immediately emails at night and not once I felt I was alone in this difficult legal journey. I would recommend her to anyone facing challenging family law issues.

Despite this, their firm declined to take my case without providing any explanation. While it is understandable that not every firm can take on every case, a firm that claims to "Find Justice" should at least provide transparency and professionalism in their decision-making process. Instead, I received a generic declination letter with no insight or referral to another attorney. If you are a potential client seeking serious employment litigation representation, be aware that this firm may decline your case arbitrarily. A firm that markets itself as an advocate for workers should be more upfront with potential clients rather than dismissing them with a vague, copy-paste response. I do NOT recommend this firm if you need committed legal representation. There are far more responsive and transparent employment law firms available.

They have no strong suit - nor do they have any real strategies. I had to send documents repeatedly as the pressure became strong - they began to allow the agency/opposition to call the shots. This firm is a rip-off. I had them for less than a year and they charged me close to $20K with no results. Once I became aware of their tactics to pad invoices and bleed their client, I was told I had to come up with an additional $20-$30K or they would withdraw their representation. DON'T USE THIS FIRM.

I think they are good at the knowledge and have experiences. But I didn't feel they read my case before consultation (later found out quite a few attorneys don't read your case all that much it seems before scheduling the appointment. I understand their time should be paid.) Another attorney even said they know what they are doing. The reason we didn't hire them because we didn't quite agree with the strategy (ADR) and they didn't seem to understand our situation (because I felt they didn't read our case). I felt the firm would not be on my side, they made me feel I asked too much / expected too much. Of course, it's hard to discuss any strategy in just an hour of time, flying by so fast. I kind of agree with Sophia and NC's reviews... I don't mind paying $400/hr to Kaplan. I really liked the book they handed to me. I think it's a great resource. I really hoped it worked for us by hiring them but after some thoughts feel couldn't hire them... I just want to find a great attorney specializing in federal employee discrimination and harassment. Can anyone tell us which ones are great? It's very hard to find a good one. Several good ones are heavy on the private sector, not federal. Large firm or one or two-men firm? I really didn't want to talk to a principal and then later handed our case to an inexperienced associates. Frustrating...

They sent a single letter, which raised the offer 50%, but had the lack of ethics to demand their take on the money she already had on the table. In effect they took every penny they could instead of doing the right thing, which is to take your cut on the dollars they actually brought to the table. My wife left this firm in the exact same economic position she entered it. They are shameless. Unknowledgeable. In a call with a partner who supposedly had 25 years experience, she didn't even realize my wife's claim was ineligible for federal EEOC complaint. A threshold issue. The case strategy was badly mismanaged from the beginning as a result. They tossed her case to several lawyers in their firm and none ever learned it. Unprepared. We were double billed and only when WE realized it did they modify the billing. They cannot even block and tackle nevertheless win a case. My advice: Hire a firm that fights FOR you, not fights you. We settled for worse terms than we otherwise would have because we were tired of fighting our own lawyers at Lescht. When you need a lawyer, you need them to fight for you. Lescht does not. Seriously, shoot me an email if you are considering hiring them.
