Beware - this office is total fraud and deceptive ... 2 times I have been there - they don't give you all the information and then force you to pay ... I went there as they are part of the in-network and they would give you a doctor that is within their office not in net-work - even though you have said your want in-network coverage and the annual physical should be fully covered. You only find that when get the bill. As a new patient - have taken my family to other doctors who did not charge for the first visit - but this office charged me even for out-patient visit saying they do for all new patients. This information was also not given. Do NOT trust this office at all. Love the doctors and the care once you see someone but unfortunately the rate of returned calls, the percentage of notes taken or retained in files, and the overall ability to feel confident that your needs are being handled has dropped from 110% a few years ago to 20% today. It feels like it is getting worse. I called two weeks ago about an issue for example, and it's a bit complicated: No return call two days later, as promised. No record of my call when I initiate follow up today, ten days later. Nothing noted in mine or son's chart. Have to start process all over. Another example: long story but ask for meds to be called in. They call in meds that made the family member VIOLENTLY ill. There is NOTHING in the chart about either that same med having once being called in OR their strong/terrible/dangerous reaction to it. I cannot honestly recommend this office to anyone, and often wonder why we stay. The answer is the doctors and medical professionals, not the office overall. It's so unfortunate. I am fairly new to Elevations Physicians. I have enjoyed the interaction with medical staff, but followthrough on their part has been horrible. I was given a prescription that required authorization for the insurance. 2 weeks and counting with continual phone calls and the issue is still not resolved. The insurance company says the doctor hasn't sent the documents in yet. Daily calls to Elevations get promises of returned phone calls, but they never come. Extremely frustrating dealing with this poor service. Thankfully this is not emergency care! read more

Ok, so I've kept my powder dry for all of 1/2 hr and now I have to tell you something. My doctor is retiring. He is the finest doctor I've ever been to.........his office staff and nursing staff are the finest I've ever been to. He implemented a terrific plan to ease his patients into a new practice called "Elevation Physicians" run by Dr. Hill who is an osteopath. I went to a group 'get acquainted' session organized by my doctor to introduce Dr. Hill which was attended by 100 - 200 people, I'm guessing, so no one really had the chance to get to know the new doctor(s). So, at my doctor's suggestion I scheduled an appt. with Dr. Hill just as a 'get to know you' thing. I got there 15 min. early to fill out the paperwork, was put in a room and, among other things, was told Dr. Hill only works 2 - 3 days a week because he's 'building his practice and needs to move into larger facilities'. Then I waited......and waited ...... and waited. I asked his medical assistant why I was waiting so long and he told me that Dr. Hill spends as much time as the patient wants with each patient. So, theoretically, I would have to wait hours to see him. Forget the fact that I had to schedule time off from work for this appointment. Forget the fact that I signed a paper that says if you're 10 min. late they will bump your appointment. What a joke! Needless to say when I finally spoke with Dr. Hill after waiting for him for 50 minutes, I told him I would be looking elsewhere. Called my regular doctor's office and found a new doctor. Just so you know............common courtesy calls for keeping appointments or providing a good reason for keeping someone waiting for 50 minutes especially knowing that my reason for being there was to meet with him to see if he would be a good fit for me. Dr Jeffrey Hill goes above and beyond to ensure his patients get the best possible care. I saw him with a swollen knee which he suspected was septic. I went to the ER where he phoned ahead to ensure my surgeon knew to expect me, to ensure I got the care needed. My daughter saw him with a sore throat after seeing numerous other doctors with no diagnosis, he used an ultra sound to examine my daughters throat and was able to exactly diagnose and treat the problem. He is thorough and personable and you feel he truly cares. All the staff at the practice demonstrate the same level of patient care. They have a balance and cognition lab in which my daughter was tested for concussion. This allows for accurate testing of student athletes and their readiness to return to school and sports. I thoroughly recommend Elevation Physicians. read more

I cannot imagine how they have any patients here. I was transferred to Dr. Hill when my physician retired. It took me 6 months to get an initial appointment, I had to go to med7 to get prescription refills. I finally got my appointment only after a referral from my previous doctor months earlier declined service, and they had to see me. After waiting 30 minutes past my scheduled appt. time, I finally saw Dr. Hill, and liked him. He said he would schedule an MRI and some blood work, and wrote refills for my Rx. 3 months later, I finally got an MRI call, have never got the blood work scheduled. My wife and I went in to see them a month ago as I needed prescriptions, and after more than 20 phone calls had still not received a return call. I got the Rx, and when I asked about the blood work, was assured they would follow up. Now a month later, cannot get anybody to take a call, and when I went for a refill on my Rx, they said the doctor declined it because I was no longer their patient. How can he continue to practice this way? read more

Dr.Hill is a great doctor and he explained everything in details regarding my health. I was not surprised regarding the negative reviews on yelp because of his staffs' behavior. First I saw an NP and she was not that great to explain regarding my blood work and ultrasound results .After that I requested an appointment with Dr. Hill because I was a bit concerned about my health Dr Hill answered all my queries and recommended an appointment with him in 5 months after checking my lab again.He spend enough time with me but his NP was in a rush and I felt she was ignoring my questions regarding the results. She recommended another visit in a year but nobody can take a risk when your cholesterol is high. I think Dr Hill have a thorough knowledge and great passion for his work. He advised a number of great factors to get back in shape including diet and exercise. I am following all his recommendations and going to see him in December. read more

When my previous physician retired, I was transferred to this practice. I recently went in for my annual exam, which was to include a Pap smear, with one of the nurse practitioners. It was a unsatisfactory experience. In most offices I have visited, the medical assistant brings me into the exam room, takes my vitals, lays out the instruments needed for the exam, gives me a gown and has me undress. This MA took all of my vitals simultaneously, asked me what the visit was for and left the room with me still dressed sitting in a chair beside the exam table. Other physicians I have seen come in and examine my body, check the thyroid, palpate organs, check my back and skin for suspicious moles, ask questions about my health, diet, and exercise, and do the normal female exam. This PA did none of that, gave me a referral to an OB, and asked no questions to probe about any health concern I raised. I left feeling like this practitioner did not care about me. What was my supposed to be my annual exam was not much different than a retail transaction. read more

First appt with Dr. Hill was phenomenal. This guy takes time to listen...I mean reeeally listen, and he asks very thoughtful questions. I saw firsthand the osteopathic approach...how he considers the body as integrated whole. Dr. Hill doesn't want to just treat symptoms...he wants you to live well and truly healthy. Wow, Wow, and Wow! I've been to doctors all my life for routine care, and have also worked for a local group of specialist physicians for the past 18 years. After my last doctor retired, I was looking around for another physician - hopefully, a D.O., due to that being my personal preference as a result of how they practice medicine. I wasn't sure who to trust in the area, but did some research, and eventually decided to make an appointment to meet with Dr. Hill. Well, today I had my first appointment with Dr. Hill, and it was unlike any medical appointment I've ever had! We discussed some of my concerns, and Dr. Hill then explained his overall plan regarding my health, and the goals we will work together to attain. I honestly feel as if he will truly work with me to attain my personal goals. I was not prepared to be blown away as I was today with Dr. Hill, his employees, and his organization. Wow. read more

I have been moving around to various primary care physicians for sometime, looking for an office that would take the time to talk with me and work with me and consider my total health. I present a complex case as I have a number of issues, autoimmune related, being treated by different specialists. I need a primary care physician's office to coordinate all of these, and track medication, and look at me as a whole. Recently Dr. Hill picked up on something that quite possibly saved my life. In follow-up care Dr. Marler and the entire staff, has gone above and beyond in giving me time, and in coordinating such things as disability paperwork and working with specialists, easing the burden so that I can take the time to heal. The new facility is tremendous, offering muscular skeletal assessment and treatment that has made huge difference in my well-being. I can't say enough good things about the doctors and the new facility and focus which is about total health. It's exactly what I need. read more

i went to dr. hill last thursday for pain in my leg, knee, foot all the way up to my back side. without any test or range of motion movements dr hills diagnosis was a right knee ham string tear. he recommended that i go to a center to be fitted for a leg brace and said if i did not wear the brace that i would be back with a full tear. when i went to be fitted with the brace the doctor there said that he thought that i t was odd the dr hill did not do any test or range of motion. he said that symptoms were more like a circulation issue and recommended that i request a doppler done on my legs. he said the brace would make things worse. i called dr hills office to have a doppler set up or referred to someone to have one done his staff said he was not available and that i should go to the er. no one would come to the phone to answer any questions. i am very angry! as my doctor you would think that he would care enough to find out if i was o.k. this makes me think that i should look for another doctor since he may have misdiagnosed my illness without even doing any test or follow up. people die from misdiagnosis every day! i will go to urgent care tomorrow and hopefully they will do one. welcome to the new health care system! we are all at the mercy of these doctors! how can we trust any of them??? read more
