My last visit was the definitive last visit. I set an appointment for 1 pm, got there 15-20 minutes early and still didn't get seen by anyone until after 3 pm. I get it, you have to wait for doctors and dentists, but over 2 hours is ridiculous. They don't even bother to tell apologize or seem apathetic about it. Not to mention, it's just doesn't seem like a great work environment. While I was waiting, one of the employees working the counter was visibly mad and appeared to walk out on the job. The other employees are hit or miss as far as friendliness goes. A simple hello or how are you today goes a long way, but some of their employees choose to dive right into your mouth without even verifying you're the person they should be seeing. The last straw was when a crown they put in fell out about 2 months later while I was eating. I returned thinking they would fix it since it was their work and the crown should be secure even while eating, but they told me my insurance was up for the year and they couldn't do anything about it. Stay away from this place. Mediocre work at best and a clear lack of care for their patients.

The reason I chose them is because none of my friends recommend their dentists.My old dentist was great (besides the fact that they don't answer the phone) but it just had gotten too far for me to travel (and just to be fair their Google and Yelp reviews are awful as well.) So I figure can't judge a dentist on what people say.I have to go on my own experience. But still I was weary. I went for a cleaning. And after the X-rays I saw the dentist. Then I saw the hygienist. The X-ray guy was kind of a jerk honestly. As soon as I told him I was here for only stuff my insurance would cover (I figured I would set my boundaries after reading the reviews that they offer lots of out of pocket stuff) he was like well maybe your insurance could recommend another dentist office to you. And I was like you don't do insurance covered stuff. Then he backtracked and said well I don't handle the money stuff. But the dentist was really really nice. I told him I was just here for insurance covered stuff. As the other reviewers mentioned he offered me braces. But I do need braces my teeth are really crooked. But he didn't push me on it. He said everything else was fine. We talked about options with my crowns if there was ever a problem. He was really really nice. He didn't offer to do any procedures that I didn't need. He told me what he thought I didn't need and what my insurance wouldn't cover. I really liked him. Then the hygienist came. She was very nice and polite. She made sure I was ok during the whole procedure. But the cleaning was kind of fast I think. And unlike my old dentist she didn't use a tartar scraper tool on my teeth. She just used an electric device and polished. And I asked her about it and she said that she had gotten my teeth totally clean without it. I don't know.

When the hygienist did come in, the cleaning was extremely rushed and lasted only about 11 minutes. My mother immediately noticed the difference and did not feel as clean afterward as she has following previous dental cleanings. I understand that offices can get busy, but the amount of time spent waiting followed by such a rushed cleaning was disappointing, especially for an elderly patient.
