Do not let Dr. Sabolboro do implants or crowns! I went to this office for a few years and they were…read morefine for cleanings and cavities but I had major issues when I needed more extensive work. He did an implant which seemed fine until the crown kept falling off. I don't think it stayed on for more than a couple days. After going in several times to have it tightened, he said that he thought the implant wasn't sitting at the correct angle inside my gums. He said he could try to do it again but a bridge would be a better option as it would be faster and because I'd probably have the same issue with another implant. He also said he'd have to file down a perfectly fine tooth in order to have a bridge. In hindsight I should have gotten a second opinion but I had no reason not to trust him at this point. He offered to do it right away because it would only take 15 minutes. I told him I had to pick my kids up and he reassured me that it would be fast. It took HOURS. Luckily my husband was able to pick up my kids. I normally don't have issues with dental work but this experience changed that. He clearly did not know what he was doing. Finally he got the implant out. I went back for the bridge and that came out after a day. Went back several times to have the bridge put back in. In the meantime another crown he did kept falling off. He told me that he thought the issue was that I have too much saliva which I didn't buy bc I would assume that another dentist would have said something to me about that by this point in my life. I went to another dentist who confirmed that I did not have too much saliva. The other dentist also said that she saw no reason that the implant should have come out. No reason to destroy a healthy tooth for a bridge. Also a bridge is more expensive to replace than just one crown. I stayed with the new dentist who kept having to tighten my crown and re-cemented my bridge until it broke. After it broke, I reached out to Sabolboro and asked for my money back which he did not do. He did offer to re-do the work but I did not feel comfortable having him do that. Unfortunately, my insurance only covers bridges and crowns every 5 years so I've gone without because I'd rather do that, then have Dr. Sabolboro do anything to my teeth.

Yani on the left & Dee on your right in the picture provided. This was my first visit. The wait was brief about 15 mins for an initial visit while you fill out a form, and then you're off to X-rays. The dentist is welcoming & attentive. I was worried & anxious about the visit because my previous dentist had told me I had over $10K worth of immediate work that I had been procrastinating on, but to my surprise, Dr. S gave my mouth a clean bill of health! I was so surprised! I had told him beforehand that I was previously told there's A LOT of work in my mouth, but he took his time & explained he didn't see any need. I then waited for my hygienist, who did a thorough cleaning & took her time explaining what I can do for sensitive teeth. In the end you get a goodie bag & a smile for the road. Dr. Sabolboro is an honest and caring dentist. Finally, I found a dentist I can trust & recommend to all. I'm so happy I was recommended this place. They accept UFT & many other insurances. Parking is tricky. You may need to drive around, but visits are quick. Happy Yelping!

We are so lucky to have selected this group of dentists! Although I have been good about keeping my teeth clean over the years, my husband has neglected his (long before I met him). In fact, he hadn't been to the dentist in decades! Fortunately, he had Dr. Lina Koffman and her friendly assistant to care for him. At first my husband wanted me in the room during his cleaning, but as he returned for subsequent visits (if you haven't been to the dentist in decades, they need to work on you more than usual), he felt comfortable enough that I was sent out (by him) to the waiting room. He was never apprehensive after this initial visit as he knew he would be well taken care of. The assistant even recommended an electronic toothbrush which he says helps with him brush more accurately. We recently went in for a cleaning and my husband was happy to inform me that his visit went well. I am grateful for Dr. Koffman, her assistants, and fellow dentists for helping my husband and for the wonderful atmosphere they have created.

I have been accidentally prodded and even cut on the side of my mouth here unfortunately. I will also say that the decor needs to be completely thrown out in the waiting room because the chairs literally look like they have wet mold spots on them and it's very unappealing to sit on. Other then that the staff makes up for a lot of these short comings but be aware there are other dentists in the area that also take a broader range of insurances

My appointment was meant for 12:30, I arrive at 12:20 to fill the needed paperwork's. The receptionist said it wasn't registered in the system for that time instead it showed 1:30. They take me in around 12:30 and I'm satisfied thinking "wow, fast service" no. They took the plaque, asked me why I was in, etc. He comes in at 1:30 exactly, so had me waiting in the chair for a full hour. Now this is when it becomes frustrating. I explain to him the reason I am here, he proceeds to tell me it's due to a complete diff reason. Again, I tell him it is not the tooth he's speaking of, but the one behind it and how long the pain has been there for. He proceeds to tell me that due to HIM running behind in his schedule (ALTHOUGH MY APPT WAS FOR 12:30) he cannot complete the service for me unless it's only a cleaning I would like. I was completely livid from the moment I heard that because changing a cavity is something any other dentist does right then and there ALONG with the cleaning. And why should I suffer and not get the reason I came into this place in the first place handled, because HE WAS RUNNING LATE. He should've had the others waiting as he had me. Made no sense and I felt as though he was just trying to dismiss me as he didn't care to do the filling. Never EVER going there again. And if I were you, I wouldn't either. They should also get receptionist that actually update the system so there are no confusions when it comes to scheduling. 0/10.

I don't normally leave negative reviews usually, if I have a bad experience, I just move on and…read moredon't return. But in this case, I feel it's important to share what happened so others can make an informed decision. I visited this dental office due to discomfort in one of my teeth and was told I needed a root canal because of an infection. I mentioned that I was leaving for vacation in a week and asked if it could wait until I returned. The dentist strongly advised that I get it done immediately due to the infection risk, so I agreed. I had the root canal two days before my trip. While on vacation in another state, I started experiencing severe pain. I ended up having to see an endodontist, paying $600 out of pocket. They confirmed I had a large abscess and were surprised I had not been prescribed antibiotics especially given I had an active infection going into the procedure. Right after my root canal, while checking out, I specifically asked the front desk if I needed a prescription for antibiotics. The receptionist told me no. I trusted her answer, even though I thought antibiotics were usually part of the protocol. While still on vacation, I called the dental office to explain the situation and asked if there was any possibility of compensation, since I had to seek emergency care due to what I believe was a preventable issue. I was told someone would get back to me after speaking with the manager. Three days passed with no response. I followed up and was told the owner was out of the country and would contact me the following week. A week passed no call. I followed up again and was told they were still waiting to hear back from the owner. Eventually, I got a text message stating that symptoms after a root canal are normal with or without antibiotics, and that no refund or credit would be provided. I called back to clarify that I had a known infection before root canal, and the development of an abscess afterward is not normal in that situation. I also reiterated that I had asked the receptionist about antibiotics, and while I understand it's not her role to prescribe medication, she should have confirmed with the dentist before confidently telling me I didn't need any. Worst of all, despite multiple follow-ups, I never heard directly from the manager or owner, even though I was told I would. Instead, I received a dismissive message and no accountability. I had originally planned to return to this office for a crown, but after the poor communication, lack of follow-through, and unprofessionalism I experienced, I won't be going back.

My memory of dentist visits were painful and traumatic. One of the reasons why I never went back to the dentist for many many years. Dr. Patel changed all that and going to the dentist regularly will now become a routine. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. There are many good doctors out there, but as good as a doctor is, as knowledgeable as the doctor is, if not enough care (time & effort) is given to the patient, then you end up with the wrong treatment or diagnosis. Dr. Patel took his time to explain in detail my condition, what the preventive measures are and next steps to take. Very comfortable environment to be in. Thank you Dr. Patel!
