They had no idea what I was talking about when I came for my appointment to discuss results. As a 25 year old, I was not given 100% of the info before I was ordered to do multiple test. I thought I could trust them but now I feel like I would need to bring in another dr that's educated to not get tricked into doing unnecessary and quite frankly extremely painful procedures. The office staff booked me an app at 8:30 when the dr doesn't get there until 10. Then when they realized their mistake they called me for a 10:30 app. I agreed. I didn't get a call until after 11, just for them to tell me they don't have the results.

I've been going to Dr Walker for a couple years now, trying to resolve issues with my bladder mesh…read more It has been a lengthy process for me, and it still isn't resolved. I've read the reviews of others on this site and I can honestly say that in my opinion Dr. Walker is a great physician. The fact that he is certified as both a gynecologist, and urologist, is a huge benefit for women, especially us older girls. During every visit I've had with him I've found him to be kind, compassionate, gentle, understanding and willing to work to help me feel better. I've also had a couple problems with his office staff's personalities/rudeness, and/or lack of follow through; but it's been worth it for me to see him. I'm aware he has some issues currently that he's trying to settle and the office team has drastically changed as a result. I'm hopeful it will all be rectified and that all of his patients will find the changes positive for them. Sometimes when businesses expand too quickly they falter because staff development or organization is a problem. Dr Walker needs his support team to step up together to make his practice blossom - it has to be a team effort! I'm optimistic it will get there.

I had to beg to get my growing breast lump examined because it was the second concern I listed. Dr. Jones seemed nice enough but the labs she ordered did not apply to my examination or problem. The receptionist took pictures of my personal documents, ID and insurance card, on her personal cellphone. She confirmed it was her personal cellphone twice, loudly, in front of the people in the waiting room. Despite being booked over a month out I was not asked to keep a uro journal until the end of the 3 hours. That was the only form of treatment offered. From a personal standpoint her receptionist was extremely rude and her nurse, though sweet, could not keep track of anything she asked me or asked me to do. I will never go back and I will warn every person looking for a gynecologist to stay as far away from this practice as possible. To add insult to injury I was sent a text from Dr. Jones' office about my experience. I selected No when asked if I was satisfied and was taken to a page to send the office a message. I went back and selected Yes and was asked to write a review for her page. THIS IS THE ONLY REASON DR. JONES HAS HIGH RATINGS.

The place looks very high tech and is very nice inside with quick Check in to the waiting room in the second floor for surgery but the waiting in the second floor before surgery was awful and we had to wait nearly one hour or more just for the person I brought to go in after we arrived way before scheduled. I also don't like that there is no single place here for anyone to get something to eat or drink , witch I understand the patience can't have anything before surgery but what about the people who brought the patience's and have to wait for hours? Hmm not happy at all after all I got very hungry and had to go get something to eat after hours of waiting . Over all the staff is friendly and nice and the place is kept very clean but the waiting area for surgery is very small and can get packed. Patience are discharged the same they and are not kept in here like in a hospital, also they close at 6pm so most surgery's are in the AM but the last one is around 3pm-3:30pm.

So much for safety practices and placing patients at risk, where is their professionalism or their commitment to safety and safe measures????
