Excellent results! The Doctor and Staff are very professional and personable. I had lost 70 lbs…read morejust before Covid hit and was exercising in short intervals. I felt amazing! Then unfortunately things closed down all over. My job status changed a bit. And my weightloss journey was subsequently derailed. For the past 2 years I've put other circumstances forward of my health in degree of importance. I've consequently gained back my weight. My situation is simular to countless others out there. The good news is the Doctor and Staff understand that. They welcome people back without judgement and are quick to help you get back into the excitement of changing not only your weight but your entire quality of life. They take the time to explain the science of healthy eating. I plan on returning and highly recommend this place to anyone serious about changing their lifestyle for the better.

I got an appt here for what I genuinely believed was going to be an 'out of pocket' nightmare. A…read moredouble root canal, for those of you lucky enough to never have priced one, runs $2-2.5K, if the place is being reasonable. Most dentists are more than willing to do the procedure (even if not needed) and take your money, once you indicate a willingness to pay, and I certainly had. Instead of taking my $$$ and Palin'ing my mouth with the old "Drill, Baby, Drill"... Dr. Slobodinsky 'conservatively' (pun intended) recommended I wait a few days on antibiotic therapy and thought both sides could resolve without intervention...and they did!! I promised him on the spot I'd share this tale via a review. Sorry it took me a couple months. If you're looking for a nice, clean, down to earth, neighborhood dentist office who also won't rob you- this is your spot. Also worth noting: Another yelper mentioned an insurance mishap. I had a very different experience and have to give his staff kudos. I have a mostly nonexistent terrible dental plan, but his office staff painstakingly helped me though figuring out what, if any money the insurance would be willing to cover down the road and how to go about recovering it. His staff's patience on the phone the day prior to my appt, is how I ended up there in the first place. Cheers to them as well.

Went in for a routine check up, took almost 4 hours he's a nice guy just not a professional.read more

I've been meaning to write this review for a few months now, but today is the best day to write it…read more Because after two months, I used the substance I was addicted to. I feel hungover and really paying the price. I feel scattered, nervous and weak. I have no desire to go back to that common feeling. Today was a strong reminder for me how life used to be. I don't want any part of it. Today was how I used to feel at least once, usually twice a week. It doesn't matter what you are addicted to, be it heavy drugs like herion, crack, or meth. It could be cigarettes, sex, alcohol, the internet, or gambling. The feeling is always the same the next day (or a few days). I know you know what I mean. I don't feel like myself, I'm not clearheaded. I feel like shit. In many ways it's a wasted day, a day I need to recover. For me it was caffeine addiction. The pain and discomfort is the same no matter what it is. The struggle is the same for everyone. I was sensitive and just as hooked to caffeine and chocolate as any heroin addict. Gary's neurofeedback is the only thing that helped me successfully have the willpower to stop using long enough for the cravings to die off, as I like to put it. It takes more than 30 days of abstinence. It took me about 45 days for the last headaches to disappear and the receptors on the cells that were used to getting their caffeine fix to give up, shrivel and leave me alone. Without sounding like an info commercial, I have my life back, I guess one could say for the first time in 30 years. I have no idea how the neurofeedback works. Gary answers my questions, but I still don't understand it. Brainwave sensors are placed on the head and then you watch this computer screen make interesting patterns with weird sounds. It's painless and very relaxing. It has something to do with the brain teaching itself to function optimally again, not stuck in patterns of addiction and obsession. It takes time. I saw Gary twice a week for 4 months before the addiction was gone. At first I could only go 4 days without using; then 7, then 10 days, then two weeks. I made it to a month and beyond. For the first 6- 8 weeks I thought this isn't working; but be patient, it does work. It is the only thing that worked for me. I have tried everything else in existence. I believe in neurofeedback so much I want to learn how to do it and start offering it to others. There is so much addiction in our society that cripples so many amazing talented creative people. But they never get to offer their gifts to society, to their families, to their own selves because of the dysfunction. I am forever grateful to Gary for helping me. Scott O'Brien, Germantown, PA

At first skeptical, I soon realized that changes were occurring in how I handled myself in stressful situations . My over all approach to life, is so much calmer. A weekly session soon helped with my anxiety level when dealing with life changing occurrences that effected my health as well as my employment. His professional manner , as well as his friendly, caring, attitude, bring a calm to each session, afterwards I leave feeling at peace with what ever was troubling me. In and out of all kinds of therapy for many years has never effected me as much as these life changing sessions with this wonderful man.
