But when she fell last week and the coach did not even bother to check on her was funny to say the least. It was a hard cry and she wont move her right arm. She was so guarded and wont stop crying the whole place can hear it. We decided to just go with our instinct and took her to ER where they diagnosed her with right elbow fracture. Yes it is not their responsibility. But in this kind of space, IMO coach should be train to evaluate situation and guide parents. Heck! I am not even expecting first aid but to at least evaluate situation lol All we got was a generic email that she will be missed and that they understand life gets busy and that they offer other classes. And pay extra 139$ once life not that busy anymore that we reenroll Lmao Of course! We had to hold off their auto monthly enrollment since we do not have an idea about how she would recuperate! Ortho peds soonest appointment is tomorrow, so a temporary splint is on. I was not gonna say anything , until i saw their email! That just blow me off! This place suddenly just feels like a joke!

There wasn't enough time to drive home during class time to get them so I kindly asked the front desk if they by chance allow me to borrow one. They obviously have some for the employees here. The lady said "you can buy some" and pointed at the shelf where they were located. I'm sorry, but I find this inconsiderate. How can owners/managers not train employees to empathize with a parent in a situation like this. Especially when it's 50 degrees outside and even more when paying the money that is spent for tuition.

This is my son's first season of basketball here (after playing through other organizations in…read moretown), he's in 5th grade. We weren't sure what to expect, but we absolutely LOVE Game day sports! The atmosphere is great, we have a wonderful coach, and they are big on instilling values and teamwork in the boys. My son has improved his skills a lot, made friends, and is already asking me to sign him up for another season! It's very comfortable as well- plenty of chairs and space for parents to hangout and watch the practice, either on the court or in the quieter area off the courts. They have a food bar with a variety of items to order, tables to sit at, and vending machines. The basketball team practices twice a week- once on Mondays with everyone (split into different groups each week, so all the kids eventually get to know each other a little), and then an independent team practice another day of the week. I love the way they organize this, because come game day, most of the boys have already practiced with each other during the week (on the opposing team they play). At the end of the day, it feels like one everyone is on one big team here. I have nothing bad to say about this place overall.. however there is one coach I have heard drop the F bomb several times (not our coach), and I would love to see him clean up his speech. Anyway- my son loves it here and wishes he could come more than twice a week. I'm really glad we found this place! Shout out to coach Henry- he is awesome with the boys and goes above and beyond to help out, say hi to parents, and pep talk the boys. If you're looking for a sports place for your kids, this is the place! Bonus points for being a vendor for Heartland charter school!

Usually regulars will tie extra poop bags to the fence and bring bottles of water. Because this park is a sump, garbage can sometimes wind up at the bottom of the park, but it's maintained weekly and is usually pretty clean for a dog park. The one thing this place NEEDS desperately is more signage about the rules. Last Sunday, July 11, 2021 we arrived around 8am and found a group of about 20 boys and 4 coaches having football practice. Usually I wouldn't mind this type of thing and welcome the socialization for the dogs, but the kids were not properly talked to about respecting the dog park. One of the boys opened the fence gate and let both of my dogs out, who of course then bolted out into the busy street. I feel that this could have been avoided if there were proper signs about closing the fence and being mindful of the dogs. Especially because this dog park is just the small fenced in area of a larger park, I feel like they could play anywhere and dogs really just have this one spot.

Mondavi Park is located just South of Columbia Elementary school at the end of Mondavi Street, and…read moreits 9.3 acres are well maintained by the NOR Parks & Recreation District. There were crew members cleaning on the Wednesday morning on which I made my visit, hosing down and scrubbing the concrete areas and the restrooms. Even though it is a small park, there is a basketball court complete with nets, a volleyball court with a net, a large grassy field, and a large play structure for the kids with a layer of bark below to break falls. There is a large covered area with many picnic tables and several barbecue grills that can be reserved and rented by contacting NOR at 392-2010 and filling out an application which you can download here http://norfun.org/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/FR-100-Use-of-Facility-Online-Packet.pdf There are individual picnic tables scattered throughout the park with their own grills, too. There are public restrooms consisting of four separate individual rooms that can be locked by the occupant. They were all clean.

We were the only people playing tennis this day and there was plenty of shade. The court was clean and painted well. I did notice there were a few cracks in the court, but they didn't bother cause they're not major. A plus is having the lake in viewing distance because the ducks are entertaining. If your hitting the balls like the hulk they might go over to the lake side. I doubt this will happen, but hey some people hit the ball like the hulk.
