The quality of the doors I received did not meet expectations at all. The final product didn't match the inspiration picture that was provided. What was delivered looked nothing like what was promised, which is incredibly disappointing when you're trusting a company to bring your vision to life. What's even worse is their response after the fact. Getting any kind of meaningful support or resolution was like pulling teeth. Communication was slow, unhelpful, and dismissive, as if customer satisfaction is not a concern at all. It honestly feels like once they have your money, they stop caring. I strongly advise anyone considering them to look elsewhere. I asked for barn doors like the picture, except I wanted them to be white. The inspiration picture shows barn doors with vertical planks and a "K" shape across each panel.

I had 4 companies come out and quote me for the 4 identical windows I needed in the rear of my home. Window World was the best fit for me. I like the lifetime , transferrable warranty. I had an issue with one of the windows and WW handled it like they said they would. My installers were very respectful of my home and did a FANTASTIC job on my home.
