Then she asked me if I wanted to speak to her supervisor. Knowing that I'd never get connected, I told her to please do so anyway... and then I waited for several more minutes while no one ever came on the line. At 3:32, I saw another there's another dentist, Dr. Suzanne Maslo, listed at the same number, so I called again. The phone was answered by a woman who said she is that supervisor, and she did nothing but express seething contempt as she interrupted me over and over before I could finish my first sentence, and repeatedly said that the first woman hadn't forgotten anything, and she did her job exactly as she was supposed to do it. You know the saying, "If you let people show you what they are, they always do."? Well, Metro just did that thing, and not just for me. Metro just did that for you. Metro showed you that you will be treated viciously if you're dumb enough to trust Metro with your body. There are plenty of other fish in the sea, so you should go fishing for dental and medical treatment with those other fish ... except "Perfect Smile", that is, one of my former dentistry bad choices. Wow, does that corporate chain have bad ratings, and at every single one of its thirteen local offices, too. Maybe Metro Community Health Center and Perfect Smile will have a merger so you can get bad treatment at more places!

She and the office manager lied saying that I don't have a diagnosis, when it's been in my chart since February. I continue getting sick on repeat. Avoid this office. They'd rather risk your health knowing you have a chronic issue than complete paperwork so that you can continue to safely work while you figure out a treatment plan.

Thanks to Chris and his staff, we were finally able to get to the bottom of a burning-oil smell in the Chevrolet Sonic that has been a problem for months. Over the past several months, we took the car back to the dealer service center because the car was still at that time under the original warranty and is now under an extended warranty. Every time, the dealer claimed that there was no oil leak. Chris Glance Automotive was able to find and repair the leak that was in fact very real. Chris and his staff took extra time to call to make sure of what repairs were covered by extended warranty since our vehicle was still covered. Not only are Chris and his staff very helpful. They are also reasonably priced. Left my car there for a day and he literally charged me "diagnostics fee" without figuring out what the problem is or even quoting me a repair estimate. Nothing. Literally told me "I don't know!!!!!!" then asked me to pay a fee for his time! I left it there overnight so not sure what "time" he spent on checking my car if he couldn't figure out what the source of the problem was. He did not even call me back to tell me he could not diagnose the issue. I had to call him next day when I never heard back, despite him telling me he'd give me a call with opinion and estimate.
