She yells at everyone, is so mean, she controls everything over the top. We pay $800 a year and she does things like close the bathrooms 1 hour before the pool closes, she gets on the microphone and barks orders and demands at the people who are paying members there, she is horrible to delivery people and pretty much everyone who doesn't kiss her butt. She's a bad person. The other day she screamed, "stop yelling!" to the CHILDREN at the family outdoor pool. Today at noon she got on the microphone and told the members not to get the bathroom dirty because it's clean, this is when there are 8 more hours left of the pool day. I asked to get my daughter in a different level swim class and she told my husband I need to be "reined in." You have to pay for WiFi (and it never works) ice and water even though we already pay $800 a year. I and most of the pool community feel deeply sorry for this pathetic women. It must be so horrible to live like that. We no longer will be joining this pool along with the dozens of families leaving for Lifetime where no one screams at you while your trying to relax with your family. All the rumors are true about this horrible person.

I got the grand tour and saw all of the special workout rooms, childcare, coworker space, Pickleball courts, pools, recovery, areas, cold, plunges, saunas, and more. I loved how vast the actual gym floor was, with plenty of machines and free weights, everything you could think of, and not too crowded. Although it was a Saturday afternoon, I get the feeling that it's never unbearably crowded. They have enough machines to go around to avoid long lines. I got a great workout in, and then we hit the showers. We went in the sauna for a bit, as well as switched between the hot tub and cold plunge, it was really nice. I love that the locker rooms have everything you need, large and small towels, toiletries, and hairdryers The showers are hot with great water pressure and everything feels very clean. I had such a nice experience here. However, I don't think it's worth the membership price. Not only is it almost half an hour from me, but even if it was two minutes away, i don't think i could justify the $330 a month price tag. There's just not enough value there.

Due to the merger with Planet Granite/El Cap Gyms, membership to one gets you access to all the amazing climbing terrain. The amenities are amazing- lots of smaller practice walls and instruction areas upstairs, along with a fitness room/yoga studio. The cardio/weight room is well-equipped and doesn't seem to get overcrowded. One of the best parts is all the classes you can attend with a membership or day pass- strength yoga, relaxation yoga, meditation, HIIT, Prehab/Rehab for injuries, intervals, personal training, etc. There are also free member clinics on things like whipper therapy, knot tying, and techniques. Paid classes are longer and are totally worth the money and cover everything from technique and movement to leading sport climbing indoors and outdoors, and self-Rescue. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. Everyone is willing to share their knowledge. And they do a great job fostering community with things like the Partner Project every Tuesday night where you can go solo and meet new climbing partners, and the Facebook trade a belay page that links up people looking for temporary or permanent clubbing partners. I highly recommend this gym if you're new to climbing or experienced. There are great routes for everyone alike on both lead and top rope. Safety is a huge priority here, and I feel much better climbing without seeing sketchy belay practices going on around me. A wonderful place for families too!

We booked it for a corporate event on a Friday afternoon and every step of the way was easy. Event setup: Everyone I talked with over email was responsive to every question I had, down to minutiae like if there were tables that we could borrow for catering. We went back and forth between headcount, and they were very understanding and accommodating. Pam in particular was a pleasure here. Day-of: Nancy and Brian were some of the sweetest, funnest, calmest, and most welcoming mentors we could have. While folks were filing in and getting food, they stood up and gave us game rules and safety tips. Once we were on the ice, they did a great job of showing us how the game is played, letting us practice the perfect amount before getting some games started. Both of them were helpful and able to answer every question thrown at them. There were also 3-4 other people there helping and working with our group that everyone enjoyed, I just didn't get a lot of time with. Location: The DCC is immaculate. The ice itself looks like something out of the Olympics. Perfectly maintained. The equipment is in great condition as well. Off the ice, there is a full bar (manned by another happy and helpful volunteer--do you see a theme here?) with great selection of bottles and taps. The lounge area overlooking the ice is complete with TV monitors hooked up to cameras directly on the scoring zones, so even if you aren't on the ice, you can feel a part of the action. I would do this every Friday if I could. The Denver Curling Center is an outstanding place for a corporate event. Talk about team-building. Spend a few hours with 3 or 4 of your coworkers pushing rocks and brooms and you'll feel like a team! The people really make the experience--can't speak highly enough of them.

This sports complex has been a great location to meet people and join a soccer team. They offer sessions for those looking to join a Men's only league, a Women's only league, and a Coed league, with several different leagues available on all days of the week, except for Saturday (These leagues are for adults 18+). I have also seen youth sports teams practicing here in the winter months. However, my experience is solely with the adult soccer leagues. The building is very clean. The bathroom, lobby, and fields don't feel grundgy like other sports complexes that I've played at before. There are two fields of the same size, and both feature great indoor turf playing surfaces. The newly renovated North Field is especially well lit, clean, and definitely being taken care of well. There is plenty of bleacher seating at each field as well for family and friends who want to come and watch and cheer you on. The refs, which can always make or break an experience, are all mostly fair and referee games well. The front of house staff is always friendly and helpful as well. The only caveat for the whole experience here is starting in July of 2023, they did start mandating the use of indoor turf soccer cleats so do keep that in mind when playing here. All in all, I've had a great experience getting back into this sport at this facility, and I would recommend playing here if you're also looking to get back into soccer as well. You can sign yourself up as a free agent on their website if you're looking to try and join and my tip is to also lookout for some Denver soccer Facebook groups as many people post in those groups looking for people to sub or join teams who play ay this facility all the time.
