Despite the long hiring process from initial interview to the final job offer, Michael was patient with any questions and concerns I had. Along the way, he also had helpful tips and pointers to ensure I was ready for each step, these were especially helpful since I had been at my last job for a while and haven't been through the interview process for a while. I've already recommended NCW to several colleagues to hopefully help them land that next step in their careers.

I needed top-level talent, and Maria fit the bill. Everything she sent over was high-quality and on time. The job history/goals document I filled out to help her write the content wasn't just a rehash of my old resume which I felt was very respectful of my time. As soon as she put my new content up on LinkedIn (I got the full package), I got slammed with interview requests. I ended up in a great position after less than a month on the market and was able to reach the salary goal she and I discussed. I highly recommend the M Santiago Group for anyone looking to make mid-career advancements. Thank you!
