I can't say I'm too impressed. I kept having to call to get updates on the progress of my…read morereturns. Then I got a call on Sunday, April 14 stating my returns were done and requesting payment for services. Obviously they were working at the last minute, which didn't make me feel very confident. It would have been more appropriate to give me a few days to look things over myself before submitting my returns. The only chance I had to do this was when I showed up the next day to sign my returns. With multiple state returns and real estate transactions, doing any review at that point was basically impossible. At that point I realized a mistake was made. I was due a refund for some withholding which they had not processed. I was told I hadn't submitted the withholding form to him to look at, but I know I did, and I know I talked to Ryan about this on our first meeting. Lastly, it would have been nice to have had the opportunity to direct deposit my refunds, which was not given me. Ultimately, I was left wondering why, after shelling out several hundred dollars for a professional return, I was the one who had to figure out the mistake. I will go back to doing my own returns from now on.

Regardless, I finished my sentence there in good standing hopeful that something better would soon be on the horizon. Upon completing my time-served at REN PSG last January, Jana told me that I would hear back from her soon regarding new opportunities. It has now been fourteen months with no communication whatsoever.
