They build very engaging sites that have a high level of custom functionality, which is hard to find in Indianapolis. I have been working with Dan and his team for many years. We've entrusted them to design and build solutions that work very well for several of the businesses we consult to. They also manage our SEO efforts and the results are great. Our site is consistently in the top 3 search results in our industry. We use them for various types of digital marketing, Michelle manages our Adwords and Facebook accounts and we really like working with her. When I brought the first customer to them, the website was long overdue for a redesign. We did a lot of research and finally decided that BoxCrush was a good fit for our needs. They redesigned and rebuilt that site in Sitefinity, which is a pretty amazing piece of tech, and the customer's web traffic has increased along with brand awareness. The next customer we brought to them was a manufacturing customer that needed ecommerce and had to integrate with a B2B supplier based ERP system. BoxCrush built a website with thousands of products and built an ad campaign that had a very effective ROI. They were able to give us reports that showed how much we spent on each ad and how that resulted in sales or not. They were very quick about shutting down ads that did not perform and making new ads that did to replace them with. At first we were hesitant to get onto an ongoing services agreement with them, but once we did they showed us the value in the partnership. It was very much like having your own marketing department even though they were only committed to a set number of hours each month. The BoxCrush team is always there to help us out when we have questions or need some help. They are a pleasure to work with.

I can't say I'm too impressed. I kept having to call to get updates on the progress of my…read morereturns. Then I got a call on Sunday, April 14 stating my returns were done and requesting payment for services. Obviously they were working at the last minute, which didn't make me feel very confident. It would have been more appropriate to give me a few days to look things over myself before submitting my returns. The only chance I had to do this was when I showed up the next day to sign my returns. With multiple state returns and real estate transactions, doing any review at that point was basically impossible. At that point I realized a mistake was made. I was due a refund for some withholding which they had not processed. I was told I hadn't submitted the withholding form to him to look at, but I know I did, and I know I talked to Ryan about this on our first meeting. Lastly, it would have been nice to have had the opportunity to direct deposit my refunds, which was not given me. Ultimately, I was left wondering why, after shelling out several hundred dollars for a professional return, I was the one who had to figure out the mistake. I will go back to doing my own returns from now on.
