A sweet infusion of chocolate and peanuts that was just too delicious. I had the New Yorker and my wife the el Diablo. The New Yorker was such an enjoyable burger, only issue was the glazed milk bun was cut on such a slope that it thinned out terribly on one side. Despite that you could really bite into the beef pattie, the salt from maple bacon, pickles and American style cheddar were held in place by the hickory BBQ sauce and freshness of the lettuce and tomato. My wife very much enjoyed her el Diablo and said she'd order it again. The staff were friendly and helpful. A very pleasant experience all round.

The space was once home to Krispy Kreme but has found new life offering Japanese burgers to the masses. With a sparkly new fit out (far fancier than the original store) I was surprised there wasn't more of a line when I visited. I'm not going to argue because the lack of line meant I could breeze in and order my fix. One chicken teriyaki burger meal, please. At the moment they are only running their introductory menu. Don't fret, there is still enough variety to choose from but some of your favourites may not yet be available. As always staff were super friendly and sitting down to eat my burger, for a moment if I closed my eyes, I could imagine that I was in Tokyo rather than Brisbane CBD. They're also operating on trial trading hours which look like will be Sat 14 Apr 11am - 2pm and 5pm - 10pm; Sun 15 Apr 11am - 3pm and 16-19 Apr 11am - 8pm. Already there is a massive following on their Facebook group, with regulars and new comers singing their praises for the Buffalo Wings and BBQ Ribs. Both times I've been for a Saturday lunch, we've booked to save us a table. The place fills up quickly, so if you have more than 2 people, I would definitely suggest booking ahead of time. The BBQ ribs are so juicy and covered in sauce, and the Buffalo wings pack a punch with the original spicy sauce. Dip the wings in the blue cheese dipping sauce to cool your mouth. They have a wide variety of different flavoured Coke, Dr Pepper and Fanta - flavours you don't usually get in Australia. Cherry Dr Pepper tastes like sugary baby Panadol, but I love it! For a serious feed you can either go with one of the Hoagies - a sandwich on a long, Sub roll - or a burger "All The Way". That means everything including onions. There's cheeseburgers, chicken burgers and hamburgers, as well as Hot Dogs. Unfortunately, during my last visit they didn't have any Pie for sale, but quite often they will be selling a Pumpkin, Cherry or Pecan pie by the slice. I decided to try something different for lunch today as I tend to just stick with 2 places…read more First impression of this place was that it must be good as the line was out the door. It only took about 10 minutes in line to get my food so the line moves pretty quick. I have to say, the sandwich I had is best sandwich I have ever had (I was also starving so this worked out well). There is a menu up on a board that you can see when you wait in line, but they also have menu's you can take at the counter. You order what you want first, they print out your order and ask for your name to tell the people preparing the food to ensure the meal gets to the right person. I ordered the chicken cesar pita with an orange juice (all up around $15). You choose your own salad & dressing, and they seem to have a huge range of dressing. You also have the choice of white or wholemeal pita bread, and it comes in small or regular. They also have sides which are cookies, brownies, or oven baked potato wedges. They also do an all day breakfast. You have the option of eat in or takeaway. There are benches inside or tables outside. I was very impressed with this place and they have good service and excellent food. I will definitely be returning.
