He was very communicative--even with the 13 hour time difference, I was able to coordinate with him easily. I had my husband be taken out of the house three hours before the party to set up... the balloon arch was delivered right on time. The photographer showed up half an hour earlier than the party. The magician I wanted to hire was booked somewhere else and I only found out a few days before, but the balloon sculpture artist Mark recommended instead was an absolute hit with the kids as well as the adults, which was a pleasant surprise. He made my husband the most outrageous birthday hat. Right when he was supposed to be done, one of the kids tripped and popped his balloons and got upset, and he stayed longer to make him (and a few other stragglers) more balloons. Truly kind. The photographer David was also really so helpful, friendly, and on it! He came early and helped with some of the set up... he was attentive and also very nice to talk to. Very natural (sometimes it's awkward when a photographer's in your face taking pictures but it wasn't awkward at all). We got a USB full of pictures right after the party! I had been working closely with them for a few months which was absolutely wonderful! There level of competency and creativity was impressive! The flower arrangements were unique, luxurious and creatively done! Yomaris from the Favors and More worked with me through design concepts and themes and developed an end look that my guests cannot stop raving about! Patience is surely a virtue that Favors and More have! I changed my theme twice and was guided by Yomaris to develop one of the most beautiful themes I've seen at that venue. Yomaris took initiative during those times that I was too busy to worry about the little details. She created a gorgeous entry table which included personalized tissue packages with labels that read, "For Happy Tears Only." Also, the tables included customized programs including an explanation of the ceremony. These items were created, organized and displayed beautifully by the Favors and More team. It was these unique touches that really made the day special! In the reception hall, Yomaris and the Favors and More team coordinated all the rentals and created an Indian-themed masterpiece which reflected elegance and style. All my guests were telling me how the look of the room reflected my style completely. I thought I was hard to please, but Yomaris and Yosley and the entire Favors and More Team made it look sooooo easy! We hit it off the first time we met at his New York office, and we knew we would have a great time working with him. From the beginning, he tried to understand our overall vision and aesthetic for the wedding. He gave us great suggestions for how to transform a hotel conference room into a really beautiful, opulent space (which he did!). He draped the entire room in white flowy fabric and put hundreds of candles in the one floor-to-ceiling window wall of the room. He found these amazing gold candlestick holders for our high centerpieces which ended up looking phenomenal. He and his staff were great on the day of the wedding and got everything where it needed to be on time both at the church and at the hotel. The ballroom was set up beautifully, and we were in awe of the transformation. Mitch was really patient with the many, many questions and requests my wife and I had over the months leading up to the wedding, and he didn't try to oversell us on things we didn't want or need. We truly wouldn't have changed a thing. Our guests raved about the food and drinks just as much as we did! Since the ceremony and reception were held in the same room, the space had to be flipped during cocktail hour. We were a little worried our guests would notice or that it might be disruptive, but not a single person mentioned it. The transition was completely seamless, which is a huge testament to Vikki and her amazing staff. We worked with Vikki throughout the planning process, and she was incredible. She was responsive, organized, and present every step of the way. She coordinated with all of our vendors, kept everything running smoothly, and was there in person on the wedding day, which made such a difference. I had mentioned a few small personal touches I wanted set up, and without hesitation, she took care of every one of them herself. When we returned to pick up our belongings, everything had been packed neatly and carefully, which was such a thoughtful touch. We toured several other restaurant venues while planning our wedding, and at one venue we were told the coordinator would help us plan but wouldn't actually be there on the wedding day.
