We stopped here at the outskirts of the Scottish/English border for lunch and shopping. This place caters to tourists mostly. There is a large parking lot and a cafe inside. They sell a lot of souvenirs: scarves, whiskey, sweaters, shirts, pants, cookies, biscuits, etc. If you wanted to get something Scottish, look no further. There is no cell signal here that I could detect so it was pretty much out in BFE. I bought a few acrylic plaid scarves after perusing the textiles. I also tried some whiskey since there was a tasting table with a very nice gentleman pouring spirits. I ended up not buying any whiskey because I wanted to save luggage space. read more
