This store sells some amazingly cheap casual dresses. There are two racks out the front with ankle…read morelength dresses for $13. That sucked me in. The rest of the store is mostly formal dresses and gowns, which are all decently priced, but nothing like as cheap as the casual clothing. The dresses range from $100-$200, and there are some really original styles in here that I haven't seen anywhere else. I love looking at evening gowns, so I had a ball going through this small yet jam-packed shop. Further to the pack is a gorgeous range of children's bridal wear. There are dresses for flower girls, pale pink and while affairs with full skirts of tulle, as well as little suits and vests for the page boys - so very cute! The $5 dollar rack at the very back has a random mixture of items - a pair of shiny blue basketball shorts? Just one pair. Very out of place. The rest of the rack holds women's tops and skirts and some shorter dresses. For $5 I was tempted by several things, even though none of it was my taste. I will keep this place in mind if ever I need another formal gown! Or need to dress up some children for a wedding...or for any reason at all.

A great colour array. The other main types of item here are homewares and fairy clothing for little girls. There are two separate corners for dress-ups, with wings and toys and tutus. A pity they don't come in larger sizes. The homewares are all bright and cheery, mostly things like pillows and ornaments and candles. This would be a great place for gift shopping. The back room is the most fun - the green umbrella, I love it! I can't help noticing the confusion about its address - it's listed online as both 2/131 and 135 Semaphore Road, and doesn't have an official website to confirm this. Google Maps says 2/131 Semaphore Road, so I'll go with that. Either way, it's between the bookstore and Furniture By the Sea. Worth a look!

It's like a one stop shop for not only Xmas gift shopping but for any occasion as there is lots to choose from and you'll walk out with something. In the back section is a bright and colourful arrangement with a huge green umbrella - hardly bad luck for this shop though - and a variety of gift ideas and home decor. An absolute gold mine. Everything here is cheap with a capital 'C' and the stock is amazingly good and varied. Last winter, they had a stunning collection of faux fur jackets, absolutely fashionable and just short of a magazine shoot. The leather shoes are plentiful here and at such incredible prices. The shop layout is huge and divided with clothing, bric a brac, bevy of hats and scarves, bling accessories and so much more! For someone who thrives on handbags, I found so many collections here. Some in leather, some canvas and delightful totes. Oh, I could just stare at them for hours! It's definitely worth a trip here, as you'll find many op shops in this area. Meet neighbour Salvos who's just next door, and you'll also find another Salvos branch and Goodwill just down the road in Findon. I have to say I'm with Kamini here... a little loathe to share it but since I'm so nice I can't help myself! Hosanna Op Shop is one of the best op shops I have ever been to. They are still run by little old ladies who price things as op shop items should be priced. There was a plethora of brown and black school shoes (should you ever need a thousand pairs of them), great vintage items, loads of hats, scarves and bags and some very good near new clothing and homewares stuff. As well as that there's a great selection of preowned books and I have managed to pick up a few gems there :) I'm finding lately that it's better to find those little church run op shops than go to the big chains, as they tend to have the bargains as well as volunteer staff who are always friendly! You won't regret visiting this humble little shop.

The clothing here is universally old and very poor quality, and I mean old in both style and the age of the pieces. They sell some new underwear, but I don't know where it comes from, and I'm skeptical of buying underwear from op-shops, even if it's meant to be new. Their range of books isn't any more inspiring, and their corner of crockery is piled in with no care to appearance or easy access. It's a pity there is so little effort put into making this op-shop better quality, because it's in a great location and there aren't any others nearby.

This is thrift gold! Sparkly shiny gold! Round she Goes stall holders have a lot of designer labels on their racks. But also some home made beauties. After rummaging through some stock, I came across some super cool Oneteasppon shorts, some Evil Twin dresses and a pair of Mink Pink rose jeans! I only spent around $50 for all of that! Yeehaa! If you are coming to this event, be sure to get there early. You need to beat the crowds to get the good stuff. Remember, when it comes to vintage gear, there is only one of each item. I've been to several Bunnings around Adelaide, but this one stands out for size, staff friendliness, and how well-organised everything is. The Woodville location is huge, but not overwhelming. Aisles are clearly signed, and the layout flows naturally from tools and trade to garden, paint, storage, lighting, timber, and outdoor. Everything feels tidy and well-stocked, even on weekends. What I especially like about this store is that they never feel like they've just been hit by a stampede of Sunday tradies -- the shelves are organised, the displays are neat, and you can actually find what you're looking for without asking five different people. This is where Woodville Bunnings really shines. Every time I've been in, I've had genuine, helpful service, even when they're clearly busy. I once had a staff member walk me across the store to find the exact type of drill bit I needed and explain the difference between Phillips and Pozidriv. (Didn't know that was a thing. Now I do.) They don't rush you, they don't give vague answers, and they always try to find a solution. And yes -- they take card now, which is a game-changer. Tons of parking out front, plus a loading bay area for larger items. It does get hectic during peak times (Saturday 11am, anyone?), but I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for a park. Easy access for trailers, utes, and tradie vans. There's also a drive-through timber yard, which is a blessing if you're picking up long sheets or bulky items. Checkouts are smooth, with plenty of self-serve stations as well as friendly cashiers if you need help with trade cards, gift vouchers, or bulk orders. Returns are also hassle-free. I returned an unused light fitting two weeks after purchase with the receipt -- no drama, no guilt-trip, just a fast refund. If you're a DIYer, gardener, tradie, hobbyist, or just someone who likes walking around Bunnings for life inspiration, Woodville is a top-tier location. Great team, great stock, and a smooth, easy shopping experience every time. It's the kind of place where you walk in for a can of paint and walk out with soil, a new hose, a Bunnings bucket, 6 plants, a Ryobi drill, and a sausage in hand. Would I recommend it? Without a doubt. It's the gold standard of Bunnings in Adelaide.
