If you have a penchant for designer labels and don't believe in paying top dollars for a frock or a flashy handbag (like moi!), Back On The Rack is every fashionista's dream!
When I dropped in some weeks back, I spotted a Marc Jacobs bag-oh what a beauty! Seated on the counter, bearing a $180 price tag, the price was just perfecto and I could hear it call out my name.
As I had to stick to my monthly budget, I didn't buy the bag but came across other preloved handbags labels, with the likes of Nine West, Country Road, Guess and a sexy looking Mimco. Sadly, I found some bags a bit over preloved and the attached price tags didn't warrant those figures.
My guess behind the pricing is lots of owners bring in their preloved clothing/accessories here, and the owners probably hike up their prices to enable the owners to take a small commission. Overall, you probably would score a sought after designer label here, which may be slightly cheaper than eBay. It's worth doing your homework and shop around to compare prices.
For those wanting to peruse clothing, the boutique offers a easy to flick and see racks, all grouped in sizes. There's one with a Clearance Sign rack that's worth checking.
So many gorgeous threads to peruse. Sequins, linen, satin, silk or the humble cotton, is sure to make your hearts melt.
It's definitely worth a visit if you haven't checked them out yet. read more
