There was drumming, yoga, stretching, breathing along with the casual conversation and other socialization. I love that the Movement Shala has such a casual, unintimidating feel to it. The restroom have been looking really nasty. For instance this morning, we attended at 4am (regular time for us) 2 employees working. My husband goes to bathroom. The counters are nasty he don't want to put the water bottle downs or the workout book down. The paper towel dispenser never has paper towels in them. The showers are not cleaned. Mind you this is at 4am. We been coming to this location for years now. And we always try other locations. This one is very outdated. Yes they got new equipment, but the restroom are old and the service on the facility itself needs to be upgraded. Staff are very professional and polite as always.
