They treated my daughter as their own. Dr. Ganfield has gone above and beyond in his care for my daughter, creating prosthesis when needed, and devising ingenious methods of treatment. His gentle, reassuring manner went a long way towards keeping our family sane during this crisis. The group goes out of their way to ensure that our daughter can get timely appointments that work with her schedule, and she doesn't spend much time in the waiting room. I wish I had such a dental group located near me, because I've never encountered a finer one. If you are looking for dental care in or around the Newark area, you can do no better than White Clay.

For instance, he sent me to an orthodontist to pull out TWO teeth...however, he made a mistake and directed the orthodontist to pull out THREE teeth. When I complained to Dr. Lee about the mistake - he totally denied that three teeth were removed. After numerous complaints to Lee; which he ignored - I complained to my insurance company. He lied to to the insurance company, admitting that he pulled the THREE teeth. With that complaint Lee sent me a letter and refused to see me ever again.

The office will NOT do your cleaning if you decline radiographs. It is unfortunate that these corporations push the upselling of items to their patients. Why not have the patient sign a form stating they declined the radiographs??? I also cannot understand why a business would turn away the cleaning fee and refuse to care for the patient. This is certainly going to hurt this practice in the long term.
