Sandy was great about listening to our wants and needs and pinpointing properties that fit. When my wife and I arrived in Savannah, we were able to hit the ground running because of all the leg work Sandy and Shirley did prior to our arrival. Sandy and Shirley showed each home perfectly, and took time after each viewing to get our feedback about what we liked and didn't like. They also gave us invaluable input on neighborhoods and plus/minus of different areas in Savannah. Without their years of local knowledge, we may have purchased a home in an area that wasn't a good fit for us. After finding our perfect home, Sandy and Shirley were expert negotiators. We were able to pay a fair price while still closing the deal quickly. Sandy and Shirley went above and beyond in dealing with some difficulties we encountered with our lender. Both ladies were amazing at communicating, reassuring, and keep a good sense of humor throughout this very stressful process. In closing, I cannot recommend Shirley and Sandy highly enough. They are honest, dedicated, professional and most of all, made a very stressful time a whole lot easier. They helped keep us grounded and focused on the joy we would get from our new home. I would give zero starts if Yelp would let me. Horrible experience. The relator told me a series…read moreof lies. They stated they had listed my house in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, and Robb Report as coming soon. That never happened. They told me they listed my house on the MLS as coming soon, but didn't really do that. They stated "No showings on the house until next Monday" so the contractor could finish fixing up the house.  She proceeded to tell me that showing them the house would "violate the coming soon rules of the MLS".  She then proceeded to show my house to someone.  In fairness I agreed to it but thought it seemed unethical since she had just finished telling me not to do this. In my opinion it was like they wanted to sell my house to their clients without it ever really hitting the MLS so they could get both sides of the commission. When they finally listed my house on the MLS the photos were missing rooms and data was incorrect. This has been the worst real estate experience of my life. I will be filing a complaint with the board of realtors and the state licensing board. What a nightmare!!! I would highly recommend against using them.
