I have been renting through Kim Williamson for nearly a year and have never worked with a property manager so difficult to reach. I paid rent first of August and my check never cleared (to my knowledge). I sent an email asking why - only today, when September rent is due, did she finally respond and tell me my check had been returned for insufficient funds. I had no way of knowing that, I was not contacted, and I am livid. I have never not paid bills. Not sure why that check did not clear but at this point, it doesn't matter. Had I been notified I would have taken care of the matter instantly. So now, 4 weeks later, I am being charged $50 and have to submit future rent via a money order rather than check. So the review I read about Kim working with you sure doesn't apply to me. She does not timely respond, if at all, and to charge me for something I knew nothing about, even after asking, is not good business. This business is unprofessional, not responsive, and in my case, certainly not willing to work with the client - or even contact me. read more
