In my opinion, the way my transaction was handled felt dishonest, unprofessional, and completely lacking transparency. I left the process feeling misled and taken advantage of. Communication was inconsistent, important details were not disclosed, and the overall experience caused me significant frustration and financial concern. I would never buy or sell a property with this company again. I believe their practices should be looked into by the state for possible violations. This was my personal experience, and I hope it helps others make an informed decision.

Everyone she recommended was outstanding and affordable as well and we ended up choosing from her recommended lists for our lender, real estate attorney, and inspector. They also all spoke highly of her, only further confirming how right we were in choosing her! We had met with several realtors in the capital region before making our final decision and not even a few minutes into that initial scoping call, I could just tell that Rebekah was the right fit for us. She truly goes to bat for her clients while ensuring that all offers, negotiations, and correspondence with other parties in the transaction are fair. Through the entire process of touring, making offers, and then while under contract, we always felt like we were in good hands. She was always one step ahead ensuring that all the right pieces were falling into place and was always there to reassure and help problem solve any time we had any concerns. I highly recommend her for your next home purchase! Anthony showed up on a Sunday, our time off from work, and he was prepared with evaluations and comps. He gave us hints about what could help the house sell fast. By this time we were strapped with 2 monthly mortgages and needed to sell the house. We made the changes he suggested, some the opposite of what the national chain had suggested, and the house sold in six days! There was constant contact with Anthony throughout the process and I'm very happy that my wife suggested the change. This happened a few years ago, I keep forgetting to post my review. Want your house sold quickly, LISTEN to Anthony!

Bill presented us with a detailed market analysis and recommended a sale price. The price was within our ballpark estimate. The price per square foot was a bit higher than other homes in our neighborhood, but Bill was confident that given the excellent condition of our home that the house would sell fast. Once listed, the third couple presented an offer just 7 days after the listing. The offer was only 1.5% below our asking price. We accepted the offer without a counter. Bill kept us thoroughly informed during the time from offer to closing. He was always responsive to both parties and our attorney. We also recommended him to our friends who were also selling their home in Niskayuna. In summary, Bill is very knowledgeable about real estate in the Capital District. His manner is very comforting and helped to take the stress out of leaving our home of 47 years. He accommodated our needs throughout the entire process. We certainly recommend him as an outstanding real estate agent.

This is a woman who will hold her hand in front of your face for you to stop talking, if she isn't obtaining a large sum of money for selling you something. Once you have a contract with her, it's over. She once told me to "never speak to her directly again" when asked about a code violation and when it would be addressed.
