Before I could get the full word "door dash" out she blurted out that they did not confirm the order as if it was a delivery order. The next issue was that they ran out of jerk chicken. The man told me that there is some cooking in the oven and that it would be ready in 5 minutes. I was cool with that. At least I knew the food would be fresh. Problem! He lied the jerk chicken would not be ready in 5 min instead it was ready in 45 min. I should have cancelled my order and asked for a refund but I continued to wait. There were no apologies for the wait time or the rude customer service. When I got home to begin eating I noticed that they did not give us a substantial portion of meet. It was mainly bones. I felt like I definitely got ripped off. Also, I think they changed the recipe of the sauce for the jerk chicken because it was really sweet and tangy instead of being spicy. I don't think I will be back unfortunately. This is not the first time that I have had a bad experience at this restaurant.
