High-end florist in a gorgeous salon that will teleport you back to Europe. Holidays are especially magical there as Jean-Pascal goes all out to capture the vibe. It also doesn't hurt that Jean-Pascal is adorable AF.
A spectacular little gem of a flower shop at Row DTLA - outside and in, this dreamy space is incredible for gifts or a little self indulgence. The flowers were spectacular and all of the gifts and seasonal decor were so well curated, I had trouble choosing just one or two favorite things.
I may possibly have received one of the most beautiful bouquet of flowers, of my entire life! I buy flowers all of the time, for others, for the home. I order flowers for delivery (hit or miss) These flowers may be more lovely than my wedding flowers. Yes, I said it. The presentation, and bouquet floral arrangement were stunning. I personally can not wait to visit the florist personally, as these were a gift. The pictures may not do proper justice to the beautiful arrangement, but here's to trying. I'm so happy, and so excited!
I popped in while strolling around The Row (I was there for the Pickwick Market) and came across the cutest little yellow, bistro-canopy that was shading a variety of plants out front. I wandered inside and was greeted by fresh cut flowers and greens, gathered sage, palo santo sticks, dried bouquets, hand dipped candles, house made potpourri ...a little something for everyone. I had a dinner to go to up north and a couple flowers had caught my eye (unique selection). I asked the florist if she could make me something with a couple in particular and she put together the most beautiful display in a matter of minutes. They were so beautiful that I found myself making this Yelp review as a small token of my appreciation (thank you!!!). They were the perfect gift and stayed pristine for the 2.5 hour drive north. Attached is a photo of the flowers after they'd been removed from the bouquet and placed in a vase. They were even more stunning in the bouquet. Only negative is that I didn't think to get flowers for my home. Next time
Hands down my favorite florist. Absolutely love all the arrangements and the flowers that they have.
I got this as a gift and what a BEAUTIFUL bouquet of flowers! It really made my day!!! So thoughtfully put together and looks so elegant ah!!! Love love love!
Wow wow wow!!! Amazing florist with amazing arrangements! I found JPF on Floom. Their arrangements are unique and elegant. The flowers were as pictured and the arrangement appeared larger than what I expected. Update--my bouquet is 12 days old. The first photo is day 1. The second photo is day 12. Amazing quality!!!!
I knew there was something special about Jean Pascal floral arrangements. I order this beautiful floral arrangement for my friend's birthday. They went above and beyond and delivered the arrangement that was out of the delivery area. I found my go to florist and I would highly recommend their services. True professionals.
If I had to describe Jean-Pascal's flower arrangements in one word, it would be exquisite. He truly has an artistic eye for everything that makes a flower arrangement stand out. Would recommend him to anyone who loves the finer things in life, at a reasonable price. Amazing service!
Jean Pascal is such a pro! His style is very elegant and charming. I ordered this beautiful bouquet for my girlfriend and it matched her perfectly! High-class work by Jean. I'm so happy I found him on Instagram. Great work!
I am a private florist in Seattle for high end clients. I have been obsessed with Jean Pascals artistry for months and was hoping to have an excuse to use his talents. Well that time came, and he did not disappoint at all. LOVE LOVE LOVE what he created for an important client, and will use him as my go to florist for the Los Angeles area from now on. Thanks JP for the attention to details and for sending me a picture of the clients bouquet before it went out.

Kept walking by here and finally came in to browse.Wow! This is a very special high end florist. Everything in this shop looks so fresh and beautiful. I really enjoyed their preserved flower presentations which last for a year. All the flowers looked so fresh and the arrangements were different and unique. Would definitely recommend this florist for a special gift or occasion. I am in awe of these creations! Street parking and lot parking nearby. Closed for walk ins on Mondays. read more

I cannot stress this enough: I'm so happy to find a florist that actual makes the finished arrangement look exactly what you ordered online. In my experience, that never happens. I looked for reputable florists all weekend and finally after stalking Jean-Pascal Florist on Instagram and seeing the beautiful work I decided to place an order last night to be delivered today. Not only did the order arrive on time, they even sent me a photo of the arrangement prior to delivery so I could see the finished product. It looked so good that at first glance I actually thought it was photoshopped (it wasn't :) ) I highly recommend Jean-Pascal Florist if you want your arrangements to look like what you ordered. Yes, it's a little bit more expensive. But in my mind, the peace of mind is well worth the extra cost. Thank you, Jean-Pascal Florist! read more

We have had Jean-Pascal do two bouquets for us. One in Sympathy and a gorgeous Thank You arrangement. Both were outstanding, and overwhelmed the recipients. This is not your corner shop florist.... This is for when you really need to make an impression, and require the very best. Jean-Pascal is a true artist! Highly recommended. read more

The best flowers in Los Angeles. Jean Pascal's boutique at the Row in DTLA's Arts District is well worth the trip. Park in the parking garage, or store front, if it's not a busy day. Make a day of it and go shopping and grab lunch. JP has unique and traditional varieties of the best quality flowers. His bouquets are show stoppers. Grab a vase, a candle or a coffee table book and make the perfect gift. read more

Wow Jean-Pascal surpassed all expectations. We wanted flower centerpieces to match a Voluspa candle for a 100 person party and not only did he find the colors we wanted, he arranged the flowers so tastefully that everyone was complimenting them. By the end of the night, the flowers went like hot cakes. Everyone wanted to take them home. I recommend him to friends and family and will most definitely use him for my next event. read more
