She answered all of my questions and asked all the right questions. I told her that I would be including both my husband son in the shoot and she asked for information about them as well. When we met in person it was a very pleasant, comfortable and fun experience for all of us. She had many ideas and she was very flexible and open to anything that I wanted to tweek. She's also really good with kids. She let my 5 year old son "help her" with the lighting and he was thrilled! After he was done with his job she gave him a Lightening McQueen toy as his "payment" and he was estatic... because he couldn't figure out how she could possibly know that he loved Ligthening McQueen??? She knew because during our interview she asked me what type of things my son liked. I would reccomend Sandra in a heartbeat. Trust me you will not be dissappointed. Jasmine

Upon meeting her, Sandra is super-nice and extremely sweet when we worked with her in Legion of Honors and Golden Gate park. She is very professional, knowledgeable and comes with ideas but is also very open to what we want out of the photo shoot. I like that Sandra is very down to earth and it comes off as that she sees us as people who she is trying to capture, you know sometimes when you get the feeling that you are objects to someone who is just going through the motion? Sandra comes off as very attentive, a listener and she really tries hard to find out what we are looking for and make sure we get what we need. She kept good communication throughout the session, and worked with us to come up with unique ideas that reflects what we had in mind as far as how we want the photo session to reflect who we are. We are both creative spirits so it's important that the photos reflect the fun, light-hearted and playful aspect of our relationship, Sandra was perceptive of our personalities and she made recommendations that incorporate what we requested and what she knows will work well to photograph. My sweety really wanted some waterfall shots so Sandra worked with us to come up with pictures with waterfall in the background. she did some great photoshop afterward as well to further enhance the artistic effect of the photos. She captured some really sweet and playful moments for my man and I, the two of us had tons of fun looking over the photos when the CD came, I feel so blessed to be with an amazing man and I am ecstatic that Sandra is able to capture our energy and interaction in photography, to be preserved, for a long long time. (I mean a Long LONG time!!!) It brings lots of wuuus and ahhhs when I look at these photos, and remind myself what great fortune brought me to my man, someone who is beautiful inside and out, and wow, this guy really likes me and we look so cute together! I emailed my friend some of the photos. One person commented that that the photos are "fun, sexy and romantic." which is what I was looking for, and another said "they are soo good. my favorite is the one with you in the air, best 4364...that is so fun and good capture of energy. 4378--way to hold him down! 4439-4 with the parasol is so cool b/c it reflects the light in the sky with a prism...and 4177 is like you two are on a honeymoon and made me happy for you! " of course she is then a little sad that she is fighting with her man, but they made up again and I joke that they need to have some photograph taken so they feel all mushy and good inside as well. If you are looking for a photographer to capture that tender feeling between your sweety and yourself - I hope you take a look at Sandra's work and give her a call!
